Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Recently I made an online order when I arrived to pick up the order I went through the drive thru so that I could pick up the food without leaving my pregnant wife and young daughter in the car. I was instantly confronted in a harsh tone “come into the lobby” I explained I placed the order online through the Popeyes app so that I could pick it up without coming in. I was told that was not possible although they had received my order and it was ready. I said that’s ridiculous and then the manager on duty lashed out yelling into the intercom saying come inside or I’ll call the cops and have you trespassed. I said I’m not coming inside and that I’d like a refund. The refund is through the third party app.. and I’m calling the cops. I honestly have no clue why he threatened to call the cops. There was no one else in line and there wasn’t anyone else in the drive through even as I left.. this location is absolutely garbage. And I still have not been refunded.

The food is good when they can be bothered to make it and give it to you. Only ordered from here a few times,but somethings missing every time and they're rude about it when you ask for it.

Always the same Popeyes that's I've been eating. People that work there are very patient and nice! We Doordash all the time, much cheaper dining in.

Waited about 8 to 10 minutes at the window for food but food was hot fresh and all there, can't complain about that. Also staff was friendly and courteous

Great food but it's very slow. Double check your order, they mess up a little too often. The drive thru has been closed more than a month.

Food and service was pretty good here.
It was clean, they just had a bunch of boxes out in the lobby area (not a big deal).
Great place for a quick bite, although a bit pricey per meal.
I highly recommend eating their biscuits with butter and honey!

Really disgusted with the service fries as cold as they could be all the staff with an attitude I don’t know what’s wrong with the manager

They refuse to honor the local coupons they sent out. They are not like they used to be. This particular restaurant is inconsistent with the flavors. What that is about, I have no clue. You have to go outside to get good Popeyes chicken anymore.

came here expecting some good quality food, got my food took forever and ate and it tasted pretty good until hours later i got food poisoning, never coming here again.

The food was good. They did get my order wrong. I didn't realize until I got back to the office. Other than that. The atmosphere was clean and tidy and I like what the new owners have done with the place.
