Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Parking lot and drive thru are a nightmare. Many people have crashed into the building. Parking lot is littered with trash and sketchy people. Interior was clean but absolutely empty. I've been here more than a few times and I don't know why... Food is good but attention to detail is not.
Check your order for the correct items chances are you are missing something.

Never again will I eat at Popeyes. Ordered a 3 piece and the pieces of chicken are so small it's sad I will NEVER recommend them and will tell people to go someplace else and spend the crap ton of money it cost to get 3 tiny pieces of over cooked chicken this is unacceptable. Also can anyone see the problem with my mash potatoes and gravy?

Chicken was not spicy. It was overcooked and dry. Lots of staff ; that seemed confused. Place was dirty as if not cleaned for weeks. But there was lots of staff. Red been and rice were tasty. Overall not the Popeyes experience you have at other locations. It was SAD.

They gave me gravy instead of red bean & rice and drumsticks were so dry They ended up giving me fresh chicken with extra drumstick

10:00 on Sunday they don’t have any chicken available. They told us it would be a 25 minute wait. Going somewhere else.

It appears that this establishment has a consistent issue with fulfilling orders accurately, as reflected not only in my own experiences but also in previous customer reviews. Unfortunately, this is now the fourth time that part of my order has been missing. Attempting to resolve the issue and retrieve the missing item has proven to be extremely inconvenient, often requiring more effort than it should. While I was eventually able to secure a refund, the repeated nature of these mistakes demonstrates a concerning lack of reliability. Consistency is an essential part of good business, and unfortunately, this pattern has led me to reconsider continuing to patronize this location.

Been years since I ate at Popeyes. Menu is very limited, but was prepared well and delicious.
Staff was very friendly and the place was sparkling clean.

Recently I made an online order when I arrived to pick up the order I went through the drive thru so that I could pick up the food without leaving my pregnant wife and young daughter in the car. I was instantly confronted in a harsh tone “come into the lobby” I explained I placed the order online through the Popeyes app so that I could pick it up without coming in. I was told that was not possible although they had received my order and it was ready. I said that’s ridiculous and then the manager on duty lashed out yelling into the intercom saying come inside or I’ll call the cops and have you trespassed. I said I’m not coming inside and that I’d like a refund. The refund is through the third party app.. and I’m calling the cops. I honestly have no clue why he threatened to call the cops. There was no one else in line and there wasn’t anyone else in the drive through even as I left.. this location is absolutely garbage. And I still have not been refunded.
