Food was horrible, I work across town and tend to go the location In midtown. When I get food from here, and usually get 2 steak burritos this isn’t the first time though.
It’s like I’m not even eating at Qdoba due to how the quality is, I’ve already contacted corporate. So hopefully they investigate.
I hope things change, because I can’t get my money back! Postmates refused, it’s not fair! Wish I could order for delivery from the mid town location way way way way better quality food.

Come in and look at the place behind the counter it's disgusting (Abbott one)

I arrived at 935pm, they posted store closing hours are 1000pm. This young mouthy teenager which appeared to be a female cameout and said the can close when ever they want and i have no idea. Then claiming that they have no food as employees appeared to be making something as i looked in through the window. She said if i have a problem contact the manager.

I love QDOBA and visit often. This location I rarely visit as I live NE Anchorage. Went there last night as wife and I desired a burrito bowl style meal. Well delicious as ever and the two ladies that served were very kind and helpful! I appreciate that making our experience a great one. It is a south side atmosphere so bit up from other locations north. All great! FOUR STARS due to the portions given. I feel like compared to the other locations they held back for sure on portions. I believe this can improve.
Parking: Great size lot. Worse case scenario it is near Home Depot and there is plenty of overflow there.
Kid-friendliness: Well not like there is a kids play place or anything. But if they like some Mexican cuisine sure it’s kids friendly!! I have gotten my kids some quesadillas here before. Not their favorite but depends on your kids taste. My kids like the cheap at home quesadillas better. The ones you make in the microwave haha! Kids are kids I suppose…..

It is always a hit or miss here, the chicken is cooked okay or cooked so much like jerky. Today I decided to give the bierra tacos and try and asked the kind worker about the beef bierra and she was so nice and offered if I wanted to try the meat out. I declined and wished I hadn’t. The meat was super salty and to boot the new worker accidentally poured a lot a, half of spoon full of chile cream sauce in my tacos, were drenched in sauce. Thought I would just give it a try anyway maybe it would taste good. No No No. I couldn’t even eat my meal at all. Left hangry and disappointed once again.

I have been going to qdoba on 85 th for the last couple of weeks consistently. My experience there has always been amazing especially with Litha . She is always helpful and have amazing customer service. The first week I started to come in she was very low in staff and handled everyone with a smile . I know from experience that it can be hard sometimes to keep a smile when under stress of trying to make sure everyone is satisfied. Litha is wonderful. I want to thank her for always being helpful to me and my family . I also want to thank every front end staff and back end staff for all their hard work .
