I was so excited when I found this place. I decided it would be a better option for me then using the old washer and dryers at my apartment building. It seemed like the perfect solution to my busy lifestyle. I no longer had to worry about hauling around all my laundry soap, sanitizer ext.. and with the click of one button I could upgrade my wash to have all the chemicals added in and a extra rinse ! I washed my entire collection of bedding and clothes with the upgrade thinking that the detergents and chemicals would be safe. The day I did my laundry was the last day that I remember feeling 100% healthy and normal. I started having breathing problems and I had to have my inhaler in my hand 24/7 I started to get headaches and feel sick I thought for days I had a cold laying in bed with my freshly washed bedding I kept getting sicker and when I changed my blanket to the blanket I washed in the one load I didn't use the extra rinse I broke out in a terrible rash that was completely nauseating. Hives all over my body I had to bag all my laundry up like it was contaminated and send it through the wash with no soap at my apartment building twice costing me a lot of money and All while feeling terrible. I lost a week of work and paid a fortune for those upgrades. Those chemicals are dangerous for people who are sensitive to those kinds of things there are absolutely no warnings about making sure that the soap gets all the way out of the laundry. I'm glad I figured it out and I'm starting to get better again. So disappointed I was really excited about that place now I'm scared.

OH MY GOSH! This place is amazing! I desperately needed to get a load of laundry done, after most laundromats, including the one I usually went to, had already closed. I WISH ID FOUND THIS PLACE SOONER!!! It’s bright, it’s clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful! It’s honestly more cost and time efficient than the pay-to-use washer and dryer in my apartment building, and I love that I never have to get quarters again! Plus, you can treat yourself to some awesome drinks and snacks while you wait. These are my FAVORITE cookies. ❤️ I would give WAY more stars if I could!!

I’m military, and this place has handled heavily soiled uniforms, outdoor gear, and a huge amount of clothes without issue. Machines are clean, modern, very reliable and well maintained. It honestly feels a little fancy for a laundromat.
Recently, I witnessed a situation with an aggressive customer, and I have to give credit to the managerial staff. They handled it professionally, and made sure customers felt safe and comfortable.
If you’re a college student needing a quiet place to study while doing laundry, or military/outdoorsy with tough gear to clean, this is the spot.

Workers are nice but the app sucks and will rip you off. Most of the machines are not functional on the app. App won’t let you screenshot. Workers are aware of the issue and can’t refund money. Do better.

This place used to be clean and fresh and have great service. Today the machines were offline, leaking everywhere and the outsides were super filthy. The garbage's were overflowing, the two staff members on shift were on their phones and both of them had to fold 1 load of laundry together. I asked the girl if she would empty the garbage she said yes and went and got back on her phone. Rude dirty and lack of customer service! Not the laundromat it started out as. So sad. Also if the machines are offline they need to offer whats on the machines and be knowledgeable. Not every patron knows the options and it is not ok for them to assume they do and get rude when you ask for clarification.

Great spot to do laundry if you’re traveling. Wash for $6/load. Clean and efficient. Sussing out the computer system takes a minute, but once you get it the rest is pretty seamless. We do laundry all over the world and this is nice.

Its crazy how very disrespectful of this new employee. I love doing laundry here. I went to do laundry Friday evening and I was treated very rudely by this employee. I don't know her name, the only person I remember working here is Ms.Hillary and she is my go to person when I need help in the laundromat everytime she's on duty. (New employee) She's native Chinese looking kinda girl. I can hear her cussing me out behind the counter while I'm trying/asking for help. If you don't want to help why work there?? Horrible behavior.
Use for convenience of not getting cash and dealing with coins but this place been on the decline this year. Machines smell musty, smell has transfered to clothes. 6 dollars to wash and 3+ to dry I was beyond pissed clothes smelled rank! Always puddles of water in front of machines. Towels thrown over puddles and pushed up against machine instead idk MOPPING. Maintenance of the machines is lacking for sure.

Didn't know what to expect, but I liked this place! The coffee was surprisingly delicious, the place was clean and well-lit. It was definitely the most expensive laundromat I've been to (washers starting 8.50 a load) but for good reason. It definitely feels like the laundromat of the future. I'll be going back for sure
