I had an amazing meal at Rafelitos! The tacos were packed with flavor and came out fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. Each one had tender, juicy meat topped with fresh cilantro, onion, and a delicious green salsa that tied everything together. The chips on the side were crisp and tasty, and the lime added the perfect touch. I also enjoyed the refreshing drink that paired perfectly with the meal.
The presentation was clean and inviting, and the portions were just right. You can really tell the food is made with care. If you’re craving authentic, flavorful tacos in Anchorage, this is the spot to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Wow one of my customers told me qbout this place and my mexican girlfriend was so over the moon with it. Really intresting decor, a little more pricey then typical mexican food but so much cheaper then a plane ticket for the equiviliant. For 3 years i have heard her lament about authentic tripas tacos finally have an answer!!!

Was happy with the chorizo burrito last week (solid 7.3/10 for taste and size/price) but extremely disappointed by the Asada tacos. Strips of what I can only describe as leather. Almost zero seasoning or flavors, chewing my way through this is painful at best. Tacos get a 4.8 out of 10.

I am so excited about Rafelitos! Found them through a post on social media and am grateful we have them a try. We have the tried the three seafood tacos and the three meat tacos and good lord, the salmon tacos were simply amazing. I wish the carne asada was chopped up, but both of the other meat tacos were simply amazing. Try it out, get some drinks, I promise you will not regret it!

Run, don’t walk to Rafelitos!!! Are you drinking at King Street or Anchorage Brewing? Then you need to eat here. Fantastic food, grilled jalapeños amazing tacos and just phenomenal service. So good!!!

So good! I had the salmon tacos and I want to go back before we head back to Texas! My husband had the nachos and they were amazing as well. Go here!!
I forgot to take pictures because I was starving and the I couldn't stop eating once I started. Probably the best tacos I've ever had, and I'm not a huge fan of said tacos in general. Their guacamole is also amazing! I will go back just for that. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Great atmosphere. I sat outside with my 2 girlfriends and we had such a a good time. I'll be back 😊

I came here after visiting a different restaurant that was disappointing. The tacos were good, my favorite was the Al Pastor. The carne asada was good as well and I appreciated the variety of drinks they had. The salsa verde had no kick so that was a bit disappointing but not surprising given that it’s Alaska (a lot of people may not enjoy spicy food). I think it is a good spot for those who desire a good Mexican taco. Overall, I did enjoy it even if the wait time was a bit awful.
