I’m a transplant from Louisiana. Went to Anchorage for eye surgery and found out there is a Raising Canes there. Love my Canes made me think of home. They do have a lot of homeless around and one lil guy asked for food so of course I’m not going to let anyone go hungry.

Mediocre food. Horrible customer service every time. Each of our last 4 orders was missing several items we paid for.

Don’t order for curbside - had to wait nearly 40 minutes for my (fast food!) order to be ready and luckily I checked because they left 2 drinks, 1 combo meal, and 3 canes sauce off the order. Trying to explain issues with order is nearly impossible when English language is beyond the ability of some and basic communication is impossible for those that do speak English.

I first found Raising Canes when they opened near my place in New Orleans. Never expected to find one Alaska. Same awesome food, same vibes and service. The chicken is as good if not better than one could expect, the service was excellent, fast and courteous and the environment made me feel like I was back in NOLA. I had a Jones for their chicken and sauce for a decade after leaving and they opened up in the far north and gave me the ability to satisfy the craving. Very pleased they are in the neighborhood.

I don’t usually have a problem with canes but we ordered are food online for pickup and whenever we got home we realized they didn’t put fries in both of our sandwich combos that we got and we were looking forward to those 💔
