Placed an online order for two meals one chicken dish and one dinner meal. That was about two weeks ago give or take. The order came out to about 62 dollars. I have not heard from them, can’t email them because they do not have an email listed. As well as trying to get ahold of someone is next to impossible their phone just rings and rings, and when it goes to voicemail it tells you that it’s full and disconnects.I hope someone who works there sees this, I want my money back. I was very hopeful to use you all as a meal service for the days I do not wish to cook. But now I feel had, zero communication. Please send me a refund.

My husband is diabetic so we decided in order to take some stress off of menu planning we would order special meals to be delivered every week. Chef Alex is amazing! Everything is so delicious and downright special. I’m happy to cook dinner knowing everything is prepared. I just have to cook it per the simple instructions.
Now, have things gone perfectly according to plan ever week with the deliveries? No but who cares when the food is so amazing. Chef Alex takes good care of us and hasn’t let us down with his brilliant menus.

You get meals delivered late night Saturday which is great for me. The meals come in and stay very fresh. Chef Alex is a very good. These meals would cost you $80 a piece if you went out. The meal instructions are texted and included on the meals. Makes my life so easy , really thank you dor making me a superstar with my hubbys taste buds! ?☻

5/8/18 They FINALLY resolved my credit/refund on March 6th. I had tried reaching them for this issue for several months. I have been asked by them to remove my post. I guess if you post on facebook you will get your concerns resolved. They still did not provide the service they sold - see my original comments about timely and complete service. I canceled my account and will not be subscribing again.
DO NOT ORDER THEIR READY-MADE DINNERS!!
They rarely are on time, lack ingredients, and you have to follow-up to get recipes that are supposed to be texted to you automatically.
ALSO - I have been trying to get them to contact me since 12/26/17 for a credit that is due to be applied to my account. I have communicated via email, phone messages and voicemails, and texting - even as recent as last week during an active texting session - they ended the conversation when I asked AGAIN about the credit due.

Hey there, I wanted to let you all know about their "Fire Pit Dinner" I'm serious get it for your next camping trip, just give it a try! It's the BEST! It's steak with veggies! So convenient, put it on the fire for 30min! The BEST MEAL! Thanks for mentioning it to me Alex! We will definitely be getting that for now on!
