New Lava Queso Burger looked pathetic and tasted terrible. Server couldn't figure out I didn't have the drink I ordered until the 3rd time they came to my table and I had to ask if my drink was coming. I have given this place several tries, but no more. This place sucks and no one that works here seems to care.

So I placed the order in the door dash, to find out after I placed the order it was across town, the food was ready long before I got there even tho it says it will be ready to pick up at 830 when I got there I asked how long has it been sitting there "about 20 mins" so 10 mins after I placed the order it was ready.

This was so awesome. Has lunch with a cousin I just learned I had.Cheeseburger was awesome but kind of skimpy on the serving sizes of the french fries that are bottomless if you purchase a burger.

We came in for a quick bite. It started badly.... the hostess was nowhere to be seen, after seating we got our drink orders right away but our food order was delayed. We come here for the consistency of the food. We could see the tower of onion rings on the kitchen counter sitting there for 10 minutes before coming to our table. It was cold. We had to flag people down constantly for service and twice I had to get up to get extra napkins. It is an example of bad management when there is no accountability of the staff. Customer service is terrible here. I will not be going back. Maybe try the Southside Red Robin if you want better service. I regret the 10 buck tip I left as I shouldn't have.

I would say I am pleased with this Red Robin. The food is on point and you can NEVER go wrong with bottomless steak fries!!Went here for lunch on a Monday at 11am to experience the opening staff with my daughter for her birthday. They have fabulous servers and they took care of us and helped me spoil my daughter with Birthday treats. An ice cream sundae, a balloon, and of course the singing. Thanks Red Robin Muldoon!I kept it light with a wrap instead of the royal Red Robin burger which is choice! Photo of example to get as sub instead of burger. I know shame on me review without the burger. GET THE BURGER, I love the wrap when I am on my diet. The kids menu works. It has good options! The current color sheet is not a color sheet they need to improve this.Parking: Huge lot that is free! Near Lowe’s so there is always a place to park!Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu! Corn dogs, mac and cheese, and of course burgers and chicken sandwiches.Crayons for them too!

Craving a good burger? I was and had a delicious bacon cheeseburger. Margaritas were on point as well. Robert was serving at the bar and had spectacular customer service. . Robert said he has worked for RR for over 30 years. He still has passion for his job and really takes care of his customers. RR is lucky to have him!
