Vegetarian options: Turkey burger and garlic parmesan broccoli and he had the cheese burger and sweet potato fries
Wheelchair accessibility: Use a walker, easy to use the ramp to sit at a table near the bar. Families with small children were nearby too.

Showed up to Red Robin 9/5/24 during lunch to a near-tantruming waitress in the bar area. The host kept seating people in her area, and instead of asking him to reseat or help, she spent the entire time complaining very loudly about everything. "I just want to run away" "I've already had a thousand dollars in sales, and I just got here", screaming into the kitchen, all while throwing the other waitress under the bus, and barking at her every time communication was attempted. Everyone seated in the bar area looked like scared school children, eating quietly and nervously. After 20 minutes of waiting at the bar to place a takeout order, we finally just place an online order. It took an additional 30 minutes for the same waitress to acknowledge that we had been waiting for awhile. She then hastily punched in our online order and messed it up (I have a gluten intolerance, put multiple gluten-free indicators, still got a wheat bun - wonder if anyone in that restertaunt ever had a loved-one ingest allergens because absolutely nobody at the resteraunt cared to clarify?? I wish I could have vomited in your parking lot but instead i ended up on the side of the road). Apprently, this was all the fault of every employee that refused to show up that day - LADY! Bartender, whatever you are, who refuses to wear her nametag, YOU are the reason they dont show up to work.
And to the black shirt slow-moving manager, get another workhorse. She is ruining your staff.

Ask them to not put mayonnaise on my sandwich and they did it anyway. We were rushed and the waitress was very busy waiting on 2 large parties. Won't be back.

Two times in a row they took 1.5 hours plus, and missed major items from a DoorDash order. (Sealed bags, pictured on pickup and dropoff).
They don’t care about orders, clearly.
Also - the line to leave a message for the manager won’t accept more messages (too many complaints, maybe?). Make of that what you will but good luck talking to anyone who cares.

Server was very nice. Definitely had a lot of tables so forgot a lot of things. Nothing to do with our server but very disappointed. One waiter in the back screaming at the cooks to where everyone in the restaurant went dead quiet. Yelling that she needed a kids burger with NO BACON OR CHEESE. Thought we were going to have a good dinner until she started yelling once again. A few things to work on is refill people’s water. We had one glass ONLY from the time we walked in until we left. No refill on it.

Food is good, but just seems the place is so slow they are always short staffed.
The last month all 3 times I went their was one person seating people who was also cleaning tables and doing other things.
They basically only were using the bar area, and it felt like they were overwhelmed.
That said, again, the food was good, which is the only reason we've gone back. If they had made mistakes with the food we wouldn't have come back.
