Poor service. Also they are rude. Considering they are Japs. Definitely not like what is portrayed in TV. If it was they would have committed sepaku for all the dishonor they brought on themselves.
Always satisfy when I come here. Great choices and good food and service.

100% would recommend and come again. Service was amazing. We came at peak dinner hours yet the staff was still very friendly. Got the Chirashi, it was excellent. The price to portions is one of the best.

We came in on a sunday afternoon, 8/10. We were seated without menus. As others were being seated, they were immediately seated with menus and waters. Finally after 5 mins, we got some menus. We wanted to try the lunch specials but didn’t realize that they only served that on the weekdays. Asked the server and she kept aggressively repeating “huh… huh… HUH????” and aggressively pointed at the menu and said “ONLY WEEKDAYS!!!” We immediately left. We refuse to be treated this way by any staff at any restaurant. It’s very unfortunate because our family dines here all the time, however I’m not sure we will be returning after this experience.
I live in fairbanks so this place was better than what I have here. But not by a lot, just ok. Why is it so hard for alaska to have good sushi places when we get charged as much.
Sake platter was not great. Sashimi and rolls were fine.

Their chicken fried rice is my favorite in town. My go to roll is the Incredible Hulk or rainbow roll and they’re so good.

I really love my sushi fix and reHaru is my go-to sushi restaurant when I visit my family in Anchorage. The staff is attentive and friendly and the fish is always fresh and generously portioned. They have some really good rolls and they really are large compared to other sushi restaurants I have been to. Don’t miss this place if sushi is a staple in your diet like it is in mine!

Went in for a quick last minute date before a movie, got seated and helped immediately. Food was delicious, and service was quick and friendly. Prices are not overwhelming either. Will definitely be back.
