“Sweet Caribou is my go to for amazing, artisan sandwiches and salads in Anchorage. They also have amazing desserts with their handmade macarons being their signature item. They are always delicious and the range of available flavors is always changing. I have also utilized their delivery service and the orders are always on time and packaged perfectly. Finally, you are not going to find a nicer group of employees who not only remember my name and order, but always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend this cafe/bakery highly enough!“

“Great restaurant and even better since being taken over by new owners. Classic dishes like Vegan High Protein Wrap as delicious as ever, delicious soups of the day, and nice big portions. Everything tastes so nutritious and satisfying, fresh ingredients and great flavor. Really nice staff as well. Their smoothies are excellent. Great spot with food that makes you feel good. Love a place with kale on the menu 💚💚💚“

They have great options of hot sauces too! I like really spicy and they have one that actually tastes pretty spicy to me!

“Fantastic pizza! We ordered a cheese, a pepperoni, a Margherita, and a spicy pepperoni. Everyone was happy with their choice. Wonderful crust and excellent toppings. We will put Gaetano’s in our list of regular takeout spots!“

“A new hire, Chris Robertson, served as our waiter and what a lovely time we had with him. This young man took outstanding care of us and we will ask for him and hope and trust he is on duty when we return. What an attentive, thoughtful, competent, and caring waiter is he!“

“It’s been years since I had Uncle Joe’s and the pizza was delivered faster than expected. The wings are meaty not greasy, the pizza was very evenly topped and it tasted great!“

“Just grabbed a quick breakfast from this establishment, and I was blown away! The quality and the quantity for the price is a STEAL.
It is a small cafeteria style cafe in a large business building, but don’t let the atmosphere fool you. This place is a gem.
The chef, Malcolm, was too cool. He was very welcoming and friendly. He had a great attitude and the man gets down on the grill/griddle. I ordered a build your own breakfast burrito, with bacon and jalapeños, and it was hands down one the best I’ve ever had. The tortilla was even grill to delicious texture.
If and when we’re back in Anchorage, we’ll definitely be back.

“Ordered delivery 2 large pizzas (pepperoni & al pastor) and 20 wings. The al pastor pizza was 🔥 hands down the best, super good flavor. Pepperoni was solid and the wings hit the spot. Everything came hot and fresh and delivery was smooth. Definitely gonna order again, especially for that al pastor pizza!“

“We found this restaurant by accident. Our mom and aunt wanted pasta, but they wanted to be somewhere quiet. My brother googled and found this place. At first we thought we were at the wrong address since we didn’t see a sign. But we peaked in and we were met by the owner who asked us to take a seat. Service was fast, the food was amazing! And talk about a great salad bar with everything you would want on a salad with house made dressings. Everyone in the family ordered something different, from a mushroom burger to spaghetti and Greek pizza. The servings were so generous two people could eat or you will have leftovers. Oh, and we were even introduced to the owners daughter. It was a nice evening and has quickly become one of our favorite places to eat.“
