Wasn’t feeling great so decided on delivery. I order a chicken Gyro along with a piece of tiramisu. They got here pretty quick… My friend called it a build your own Gyro.. I should’ve asked for a second pita!! This was very good!! And just what I needed!!

I just left without getting the food I wanted because the manager, Lamb, just argued with me about a special I've ordered dozens of times. That special IS the reason I come here at all. Now, Im being told no because I don't have a specific text message code to get said special.
After explaining to Lamb that this interaction is unprofessional and leaves me, the regular customer, not wanting to return.
Lamb shrugged and told me it doesn't affect him because it was the owner's decision.
This manager has TERRIBLE customer service skills. I've never left a food establishment this upset.

Sicily's Pizza has been around for a long time, and they are very well known for having extremely inexpensive pizzas and are around most corners in Alaska. If it fits your bill and is close by they are nearly almost always open and ready to serve but don't expect anything fancy.

Used to be the only places I ordered from when I ate pizza. Now after tonight I refuse to order ever again. I ordered the large spinach chicken pizza. I honestly feel like they throw on whatever ingredients they have left and send it out. This has been my experience. Don’t add add ons forget it they charge and never add I ordered wings with sauce on the side and they give me the buffalo sauce that comes in the premade bagged chicken 🤣🤣 as if I didn’t spend enough on the 30 pc wings. Then let’s get to the cheese cake it’s frozen. Purely frozen not slightly. I’m over calling and complaining. Seems like owners need to descale to one store because these multiple stores have ZERO oversight.
Lady was rude and told me I could only pay card. Never again.

I called to place a pickup order for one pizza a the lady on the phone was so rude with attitude and told me it would take 15 minutes. I was waiting for 45minutes to get my pizza and dint even get it all they were worried about were DoorDash orders never ordering here again.

Since when has it become necessary to undergo a background check simply to order a pizza? You should not be required to show identification or provide your full name when paying with cash.

This place used to be fantastic! Within the year the quality has gone down significantly. I always ordered the pepperoni calzone. Never thin, full of ingredients, and always delivered hot. Perfect!
Now there Calzones are thin, little ingredients, barely any sauce, and today took almost 90 minutes. This must be there new norm. The last 3 calzones i ordered where all very thin ( mostly bread). Staff is usually friendly. Just sad to see a great company i ordered monthly lose a long term customer. My previous calzone was under cooked and had partial raw dough underneath. The last three orders were all disappointments. I actually thought it was a new employee or simply a one off. Hopefully, they turn this around. This was my last time ordering form Sicily's.
