I would like to complement the whole crew at Sicily's pizza. We had an event last Wednesday night and ordered many delicious pizzas and wanted them delivered to a location other than my house and at a certain time. They went above and beyond even supplying paper goods to go with the food. The surprising fact is the amount of compliments we received on the pizzas themselves. People that were in attendance were always ordering from Mooses Tooth and other places, they were surprised about the taste and quality of Sicily's pizzas. I know many of them will be changing where they order pizza now!! Al W.

ordered 2 pizzas at 9pm on a saturday night in FBX, the guy told me it will be ready in 20 min., we went over at 30 min. we are still waiting its been 1 hour and 10 min. we are literally standing in the restaurant waiting for anything. Anything even a ray of light. They guy said your order is ready, handed us our salad and said have a good day... Ahhhh we also have two pizzas. Still waiting. Last time we order Sicily's...

Made the mistake of ordering from here on Uber eats. After watching 5 different drivers attempt to pick it up I called… like 4 times. On the 3rd call, they informed me that “someone” had picked it up. So I guess they just handed it to the wrong person. Incredibly unhelpful, took zero responsibility, and refused to do anything at all to resolve the problem. I definitely would not order from this place. Not professional at all.
Their customer service when delivering was great but the pizza was too oily and had too much cheese and kept falling apart when you grabbed a slice. My wife ordered a salad with the pizza but didn't have no fork and one salad dressing for a large salad.
