Ordered lasagna with meatballs,chicken and olives...GOT NONE OF THE ABOVE AND PAID FOR IT..SMFH...customer service is an irrational lady and you pay for what you don't get...cant order here anymore...sad,used to be great food

Do not order buffalo wings from these people they will not put any buffalo sauce on your buffalo wings how hard is it to make buffalo wings these people are incompetent. I ordered 20 buffalo wings and I got zero buffalo wings I got 20 tiny fried chicken legs

I ordered online menu, over an hour late. I call to cancel and get a refund. The operator said it was my fault for not calling to verify the time it was going to be delivered. They tried delivering two hours after I originally ordered and called to cancel. If I get charged for this I will be pissed.

Ordered a pizza and wasn’t able to pick it up due to car issues and restaurant told me I was going to be reported to the police for a “prank call”… go to Moose’s Tooth instead
I ordered the spaghetti and meat balls, it came a salad and garlic bread. The salad was extremely watery, the ranch was bland. The spaghetti was also very watery and bland. The customer service was great, but I wouldn't recommend eating there.

What used to be my favorite pizza turned bad, what’s a Spinach Garlic Chicken pizza WITHOUT the chicken?
Initially I was not upset because mistakes happen, I called to see if the company would make it right. I was willing to send pictures, we bit into ONE slice of the pizza not even half of the pizza was eaten because we realize “where is the chicken?”. Took a deeper look at all the slices and saw the chicken is missing. The lady on the phone then told me to check under the cheese and that sometimes the cheese covers the chicken, so I pulled apart a slice to make sure I was not just missing it. Sure enough, there was no chicken. Just for her to come back and tell me “we can’t do an exchange for you because you ate half a pizza”. To that I replied, “how would I have known there was no chicken if I did not bite into it?” Of course just for her to tell me the same line “I am not sure but you ate the pizza so I can’t do an exchange”.
So words to the wise, order elsewhere or make sure to inspect your whole pizza before biting into it.
