They were friendly and welcoming, had a great selection, and everything I tried was top notch. The entire place was sparkling clean as well (even the bathroom). I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again!

I love the beer and the food at Silver Gulch. It is by far one of my favorite places to eat out in the Interior!

We love Silver Gulch Brewing. We have been coming here for years whenever we are in Fairbanks. The new manager was super friendly. Kristina was a wonderful waitress and so friendly. The salmon burger special was excellent and my husband had the fish and chips. He loved it. Rueben rolls were good too. We took dessert to go but I am sure that will be delicious as well. We will be back.

Had the beer battered shrimp and ate a few pieces and it had an ammonia smell. I stopped eating…I didn’t get sick but it didn’t sit well on my flight.

This place never fails me during my travels to and from Anchorage! The prices are very reasonable, the food is always delicious with great portions, and the service is good. Sometimes they are more slow (during peak hours), but they’ve never neglected me or had bad service like some of the other restaurants here in the airport. The homesteader isn’t pictured but it’s delicious and the bacon is very good here as well!

Probably one of the worst beers I’ve had in a long time. My coworker said the same thing. Either their brewing process is corrupt or perhaps they do not clean their taps but I hope I never drink this again. Service was nice.

I often stop at this restaurant when passing through the airport here. I like that it’s a Fairbanks business getting a little extra exposure in Anchorage. But, tonight was exceptional. I had the cod fish and chips, which were battered in English style, that most places don’t get right. These folks did, and added a bit of dill to the batter as well. Spot on! The freshly cut cole slaw was embellished with a hint of horseradish. The two bartenders were exceptional, and these two guys engaged with the customers in a very professional and friendly manner. Mike was one of them, and the other one had a new son. Kudos to the team here!

My third time was today in giving this place a chance over the course of a year. It was terrible each time. The first time they were out of nearly everything and the bartender was rude. The second time I tried dining here, hoping the last time was an anomaly— but sadly it was equally disappointing. My third time, today, was the worst.

My friend and I ordered 2 drinks at our table. My drink came out incorrectly (Diet Coke when I ordered ginger ale). His was fine. Then we ordered our food. Server was polite but over worked (one server for whole place).

We ordered two pizzas. I ordered the “solstice” switching out the tomato for black olives. Add cheese. My friend ordered the “red eye.” We waited 27 minutes for the pizzas. We also waited 20 minutes for the server to come and bring a 2nd drink and a refill for me. He finally went to the bartender with our glasses hoping to get more drinks. The bartender told us to talk to our server but the server never came by in 20 mins!

The pizzas finally came out — barely warm and the cheese already congealed. Mine was not at all what I ordered. It was a cheese pizza with a sprinkle of black olives. I have seen pizzas from the freezer at the grocery store look 100x better than these did. Mine had No extra cheese and none of the rest of the ingredients that were supposed to come on a Solstice pizza. I sent it back immediately (something I truly rarely do—maybe once in 7-10 years)

As we had waited nearly 30 minutes for these pizzas, we didn’t have time before our flight to wait another 30 for a new pizza to be made so I left without dinner and that is the end of it. We will never be back.

I RARELY give a negative review because I know businesses have bad days and things go wrong once in a while. That said, we are now 3/3 with very poor experiences. This was imy last time choosing this restaurant.

Sign at restaurant entry says “Seat yourself”. Upon entering the restaurant a hostess takes us to find a table. I am handicapped and we requested a table in the corner so we could be out of the way as we are also traveling with our 2 small dogs. The hostess asked the mgr for permission to let us sit there and we were immediately met with “No, that’s for larger groups if the restaurant fills up”. Mind you it’s 2:15 pm and the restaurant is empty! The hostess continued to try and seat us at a table that is not handicapped friendly. You just lost $100 in business and returning customers because of YOUR manager being unwilling to work with YOUR customers. Fire him and the hostess and staff that shows a little compassion for customers needing accommodations.

The shrimp/crab hush puppies are bomb.
Also got the steak and stout pocket because it was only $15, so good.

Overall experience was decent. Food I would rate at a 3.5 , the smell of fish was overbearing so it was bit hard to focus on my dish. Toward the end of my dining the server Karenn approached to finish the check transaction , after watching me write no tip on the receipt she then asked "was there something wrong with my service?" She also showed a strong attitude toward the whole transaction. For service in a busy place that is not professional. I'm sorry I couldn't tip you Karenn, I hope you have a better day, and work on the attitude or find a better job. Leaving a photo of the receipt because yes it was Karenn.

Food tasted great, and came hot and freshly made. My main problem was that it took a little bit, which didn't leave us time to eat before we got on the plane. Not a huge deal. Overall still a good place to grab food. They had vegetarian options as well which was nice.

Parking: This is inside the airport, so parking isn't a concern if you're already inside.
