Smashburger Anchorage is consistently awful...rude employees, food is never made to order, and dining room is always trashed. There are much better burgers in Anchorage, don't waste your money here!

Crew playing more then working, took 45 minutes to get my food, which I ordered IN STORE, thought is was funny when upset customer asked how much longer at the 25 minute mark, then proceeded to make one burger incorrectly, not once but twice, decided not to take chance having it redone again, my advice, go to Wasilla, better food, service, treatment. Was going to talk to Store Manager, not sure I actually believe she was actual person who answered, I know one person doesn’t mean anything to them, still very unprofessional.

My first time coming here and I was sure what to expect. The Burger was flavorful and included all the veggies. The fries were good, too, and I'll definitely be back when I have a craving for a fast-order Smashburger.

You need to let everyone know there’s a Smash in town. I was at Cabela’s picking up some fishing gear and while leaving the parking lot, I just happened to glance over to My Right.
It was like God opened the sky and dropped a Smash straight down from Heaven into the parking lot.

It’s a good burger here. The fries i got were soaking wet in grease but they tasted decent and everything was hot and freshly cooked. I also was getting chirped up by the screens saying that thursdays are 1$ tots; however this location doesn’t provide that. Staff was good too. overall i definitely recommend.

People had to clean there own tables, unorganized. When worker came to wipe table, she pushed crumbs on to chairs. My BBQ chicken came over cooked. Over filled trash can. Not a single worker looks happy to do there job.
