Storytime: I was having a bad day so I thought I'd order in. The food gets here and the amount of grease on the wrapper alone should've been a red flag. I ate maybe half this burger before the bubble guts hit.

Very disappointed, with the spicy chicken it was super salty we were visiting from a remote town and we only get fast food once in awhile this sucks to have this happen. I see in there reviews its a common occurrence. My 12 year old tried to choke it down.

Pretty disgusting place. Decent food, but tough to get over seeing the guy making your food eating fries and drinking while cooking. Floor was dirty with bits of food, napkins and other trash, trash cans overfilling. Ordered no cheese on burger, got cheese of course. I always wanna give this place a chance and go once a year and always end up leaving totally underwhelmed. I’m sure in this day and age it’s tough to get decent employees, but for 1/2 the price might as well go to Wendy’s. Food is about the same always.

I’m very dissatisfied with the service I received from this location. I ordered online for pick up and drove across town for 25 mins just to pick it up. When I arrived at around 8:30pm on Sunday 11-16-2025, most of the staff was mopping and taking amongst themselves. I had to speak up to get the attention of the woman that was mopping in the corner. I told her I ordered online. She only asked for the name and tossed the order down on the counter, then went back to mopping. I told her “Have a goodnight,” and was ignored. This was the second time I received poor service in the last year from Smash Burger. I don’t usually complain, but this time bothered me. The atmosphere was really cold, vibe wise. I’ve worked in customer service, and I know what it’s like to deal with the public…..you don’t have to be all happy or smiles, but the unfriendliness and disregard was not okay. The food was pretty delicious and I appreciate being about to use a coupon, but the atmosphere needs work.

The dining area was dirty. Tables had garbage on them. The area around the trash can was gross. There were at least five employees talking by the service window, so it wasn't due to being busy.

It took over 45 minutes for two burgers and one French fry order. It looked like all teenagers, no adult keeping service on track. Food was mediocre. My Colorado burger was suppose to have pepperjack cheese but had American cheese instead. Fries lacked flavor.
Well, store was dirty, people in the kitchen dazed and confused, we waited almost 1hr for a burger, fries and Brussel sprouts. Fries were kinda warm, Brussel sprouts were sub-par, no straws,, we asked about our order and a very rude older lady with long hair told us if we ordered chicken it would be a while and walked away. I really liked this place, but probably won't be back. Lots of other customers were very irritated. Very sad, the people that run the store during lunch are great.

We enjoy consuming the food that comes out of this restaurant. That's where the enjoyment ends. As I type this I am standing in this location. When we arrived we were told it would be 15-20 min. We're sitting at 42 min currently. There's Doordash drivers coming and going without delay. We arrived and there was a couple people in front of us waiting after 20 min I asked how long and they said we were number 14 in line. This place is managed by a group of 9 year olds I think. It's a weekday during the slow time of the year. So let's recap, slow time of year, weekday, 45 min and still haven't gotten a burger. They have workers standing everywhere and every customer that comes in leaves when they're told its a 45 min wait. Haha it's crazy. If only we can figure out how to make burgers in a short period of time!?!?

Arrived at 7:40 pm, over two hours before they close and half the store was closed off. We asked if they could seat us since there’s 7 of us but would not. There were no available seats for our party to be together. Very disappointing since we always eat here.
