Used to be 4 stars but I called in and some new black chick that works there apparently will slight you by misspelling your name and getting your order wrong because she feels you were too short with her on the phone, oh well bye Felicia ?.
The front help went above and beyond when we asked if they would bring a shake to our nephew and sing him happy birthday. They were all for it and did it with smiles and enthusiasm. Even though they did not have to! Very sweet. My food was good as well.

Terrible food. I cannot believe that hype about Smashburger opening. All old products being used. Wilted lettuce rotten smelling meat. Old tomatoes. I cannot believe I spent my hard earned money at this place. I do not eat McDonald's but I believe McDonald's is way better than this store. I cannot believe that.

Haven’t been here in a LONG time. I think about it every now and again, but I think the cost is what stopped us from going. A few years ago we use to go every Mon/wed (I don’t remember which day they offered it) for their free kids meal special. Use to be worth it back then.
Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and one of them didn't have any chicken in the sandwich. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened.

For a semi fast food place it's a Quality smash burger. I got bacon cheeseburger and it was perfect. I got the side Brussel sprouts and they was a delicious suprise. Definitely recommend for a quick

I've always liked the burgers here since they opened. The fries are my guilty pleasure, I can't have them every time I visit cause I know I'm hooked. I hope they someday bring back the Frank's Hot Fries they used to serve when they first opened.
