My daughter and I stopped here on a whim and were pleasantly surprised at home yummy it was. She got the chocolate soft serve and I got the chocolate/strawberry swirl in the takiyaki cone. The ice cream was very smooth and creamy. The cone was crunchy and soft at the same time. Tasted extra yummy with the nutella filling!

Out of a lot when we went, and the tayaki machine was down so it was just ice cream. And the unique flavors like ube were replaced with strawberry. Idk, just seems like a normal ice cream place at that point

This is The best ice cream shop I have been to in a very long time the employees were so thoughtful and friendly I can see my self coming back multiple times over the week such a good work environment and lovely staff. Good job

Went to go get an ice cream and the fish is deformed, was soft like it’s been on the counter for hours. And no it was not bit into, it came looking like that. We asked for a different one and would not make another one after we showed it.

My friend is the one who turned me on to this place. I saw her post and had to try it! It's located in the food court at the Dimond Mall. Upon arrival, I didn't know what to get, so I asked the server what she recommended. She was super sweet and patient as I explained that this was my first time trying their treats. After explaining the menu in detail, she suggested the Milk & Ube Swirl with a Taiyaki Waffle. It brought me to my happy place. Can't wait to try it again!

Stopped by 805pm for a shake and bowl and even tho they confirmed it closed at 9pm they “don’t do anything but ice cream after 745pm”. So- close at 745pm then.
The taiyaki waffles are delicious! I recommend the oreo flavor. The service is also very good. The workers are so nice. It seemed like such a busy day but they did so well. The store is also spotless clean.

Unsanitary practices. Hair down while making food, not keeping stations clean, employee food next to food preparation for customers, and employee used gloves to handle money, keys, receipts from customers and to customers, punchcards and then immediately went to touch and prepare food.

Took us a while to find the food court but once we did, we were able to get our ice cream treat ordered! We went with what sounded familiar (a Nutella Tayaki with milk soft serve and Oreo crumbles) and it was really good! The employee kindly answered my questions about the other ingredient choices.

I've been looking forward to trying this place and it did not disappoint! I love soft serve, I had the ube milk swirl. The taiyaki was delicious, I've been so excited to try one :) it's crispy on the outside and the custard filling complemented it really well. You also get to pick two toppings for no extra charge, I had sprinkles and graham crackers crumbs. Very fun ice cream shop! The location in the mall food court isn't the ideal ambiance but it was a really nice treat after a day of hiking!

We Alaskans love our Ice-cream and Softer Ice-creams just became my new favorite. The Ube in particular is an absolute must have! Great Ice-cream and the service isn't bad at all. The only downside? The line you'll have to wait in haha. Next time you're at the Dimond Center, give the Ube with Tayaki a try :)
