The employees themselves are wonderful but driving across town to get your order wrong 9 times out of 10 is really annoying. Imagine waiting 20 minutes for a sweet tea + mango and a chicken sandwich, just to get an unsweetened tea with no flavor add in and an incorrectly made chicken sandwich. I feel like I should just stop going but its the only one in town lol.

We Doordashed our order so can't say anything on service or atmosphere. We got a chili cheese dog, 2 corn dogs and 2 chicken sandwiches. Chili cheese dog was OK besides the gross cheese sauce. We ate the corn dogs but could obviously tell they were left out because of how dry they were. Both sandwiches had brown lettuce and on one sandwich the chicken was pink. We threw everything away and ordered from a different place

Horrible service. I haven't been to sonic in years and drove 40 minutes to this sonic. Pulled up to the drive through and no response waited a couple of minutes then I said hello a couple times and no response then the employee rudely says I'll be with you in a minute. Then less then 30 seconds later rudely says how can I help you and I ordered and slush and they said they cant do slushes at the moment. I drove all the way out specifically for slushes. I ended up ordered some ice cream for my children and then they didnt even give me a recipet or ask if I wanted one, they just closed the window.

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been too. Food took forever to get, wasn’t fresh, tasted very bland. Service was crap. It won’t be long until this location is shut down.
Tried to give us super dead food that had been sitting all day from the looks of it and one of the employees got an attitude and started talking smack. Do not waste your time or money at this place

Looked at the online menu before I came and was looking for the “everyday deals” cheeseburger for $3.89. The screen said $5.49 so I asked why it was more and was informed they don’t have what I ordered anymore but what she rang up was the same thing. The way she said it was super rude. Then I ordered a slushie and she said slushie machine wasn’t working did I want anything else. I said ok I’ll take another cheese burger without cheese. She said “it doesn’t come w cheese!” I said “a double cheeseburger doesn’t come w cheese?” And she was like “oh I guess that’s my fault, do you want anything else?” I said “ no thats all thanks” and she didnt reply so I said it again and she said “I HEARD YOU! “ like almost yelling. Didn’t say the total or pull forward or nothing. Just super rude. I come here often and it’s always slow but the service is always polite. It’s always kids working when I go. This lady sounded like an adult, but terrible attitude. She wasn’t the one who took my money or gave my food so I can’t confirm. The manager didn’t seem surprised at all, so I’m assuming it’s normal behavior for her. He apologized and about 15 mins later I got my 2 cheeseburgers for almost $11. Updates I’m home both burgers have cheese. Meat and cheese. That’s it. Super disappointing.

It took forever to get my food then I got an allergic reaction to mold so I’m guessing they haven’t cleaned their soda and/or ice machine recently. Thanks for that I love having the eat Benadryl with my fast food.

Took forever to be acknowledged in the drive thru. Ordered breakfast burritos with tots and vanilla iced coffee. The tots tasted like burnt fryer oil. The vanilla iced coffee had no vanilla and also tasted like burnt regular coffee that someone dumped ice into.
