Sonic is great in the lower 48. This one should have their management removed and banned from any franchise forever. The last time we ordered and paid on the app. We arrived and had to wait 55 minutes in a full parking lot only seeing 1 carhop come out twice the entire time. I had to get out of my vehicle and stand by the door waiting another 15 minutes in the cold before the carhop came out again. I asked him about my order. Luckily I had my digital receipt and had not left because they had marked that they had given my order out on their system. The manager was not there and not responding to the employees when they tried to contact them. This sonic has never gotten it right any time I have been there. I thought it was a fluke at first because of my experiences in the lower 48. After this last time I cannot justify ever going back there.

This is the most disgusting Sonic I've ever been to. The inside is filthy! The last time we were there we found a plastic object in our route 44 dr. Pepper, the onion rings tasted weird and 3 out of 4 of us got food poisoning. Never eating here again.

Literally just went there for dinner and I pull up to a stall. And they said “ sorry only doing mobile orders or door dash” like it was 4:40 and I had to wait and extra 10 minutes in the drive thru line at the window to wait for my food. Will never go to sonic again

I don’t know why I come here. One time I waited at the stall for over an hour. Stall said the order was in the kitchen. Went inside after 45 minutes to ask about it, they said they lost the order. Waited at the stall another 30 minutes before the food came out. Today I waited 35 minutes for a chili dog and a drink. Screen said someone was on their way with my order 15 minutes before it came out. Screen stayed like that for 5 minutes, then went back to the default ordering screen. Two cars that both pulled up in the stalls next to me after I had already been there for 10 minutes both got their food before me. Sign on the door says lobby open 12-8 Mon-Sat, door was locked at 2pm on a Wednesday. The food is okay, average fast food quality. I love the big selection of items on the menu. The employees are usually nice. Overall I would give zero stars if I could. Literally every time I’ve been here since they opened has been an awful experience. Always a ridiculously long wait, quality of the food is not worth the wait.

Absolutely terrible experience. They closed down the drive up stalls and require you to wait in the drive thru line. I waited 25 minutes for 3 vehicles in front of me to get their order. The ice cream I received was melted and wasn’t made correctly. I will never go back.
Sonic doesn't accept mobile orders but they have advertisements at the location displaying the offers. Very deceptive
They don't accept cash and card in The same transaction either. This is truly a garbage company

Really wish they would post when the stalls are open instead of ignore us when we push the button and had to push the button twice, when they finally responded they said the stalls are only open for door dash. The drive thru is insanely slow
