We recently had a delicious dinner at South Restaurant! The Greek Chop and Roasted Beet salads were great, but the big winner was the Boomtown Pasta. It was delicious, rich, and oh so satisfying. Our drinks came after our dinners were served, but it was no big deal. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the Anchorage area!
Get on the Yelp waitlist before heading over to save time. The staff here are friendly and fast. We ordered the avocado toast with egg and bacon, plus the two eggs any style with a side of the pouch. For drinks, we tried the Kobuk Samovar tea and an espresso. The tea was a bit too heavy on cinnamon and sugar for my taste, but overall it was a good experience.
Upscale, innovative, delicious food, amazing service. The friendly staff helped us decide between the huge selection of breakfast and brunch selections. You can order from the attached coffeehouse while seated in the dining room. We had a great experience here!
