Starbucks

Ordered: Trenta cup of ice water and Flat white.Lady refuses to give me Trenta cup of ice water but gives me six grandes. Is it me or has all logic and reason been obliterated? It took more resources and time to fill 6 grandes than one Trenta. Keep in mind that she has Trenta cups. I was very annoyed. I don't understand why she would do this. I even offered to pay for the Trenta cup.

There is no reason that the Starbucks is still closed outside the ANC airport gates. There are a lot of employees and people that like to order. It's been a year.

Efficient crew today, order up in a hurry.

They have speciality coffee, plus regular of course and a large selection of desserts.

This unit of Starbucks is located in Ted Stevens International, on level 2 (pre-security) and is adjacent to the Alaska Airlines ticketing counters. For me, this Starbucks was quite convenient because it was a rather late hour (just before 11PM) and, while I wasn’t particularly peckish, I was in need of some thirst relief! In this respect, Seattle’s favourite coffee shop proved reliable in that I was able to procure a nice iced tea beverage – the passion tango lemonade – and enjoy it in the general waiting area. Service was prompt and cordial and I didn’t have to deal with a lengthy line of patrons, though I attribute this to the hour of the day (or should I say night?). My passion tango beverage was good, though I will confess that I tend to enjoy the Starbucks “Iced Peach green tea lemonade” more readily. The latter is less sweet and therefore is, in my view, much more satisfying. FOOD: 4/5 SERVICE: 4/5 VALUE: 4/5 RECOMMENDATION: Well, I’ve said it time and time again – a Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks! And that unsurprisingly remains true in Anchorage. Service was prompt and I received exactly what I requested, so there’s really nothing to badmouth. Basically, if you’ve been to one of these Seattle-based coffee houses in the past, then you should know what to expect here – good coffee, enticing sweet treats and nice customer service. Finally, I’d be remiss if I failed to mention that this particular Starbucks is open 24-hours and, thus, is ideal for those who have to catch a very late (or early) flight. Recommended!

It's in the main terminal just after you clear security. Decent seating convenient to all gates. Prices are decent for an airport location.

Coffee was ok but gosh it took forever to get it. This is a coffee shop they should be able to produce coffee quickly and efficiently. Terrible service.

Open and serving customers at 4AM. However I I asked for a regular coffee and been told they were not brewing any at this time. I guess Starbucks doesn’t sell coffee anymore.

Worst customer service ever by the girl with long black braids. So young, So rude. Shame. I think she knew she was rude because she turned her name tag over so I could not get her name. 8/16 at 6 AM. She was working at the terminal C Starbucks location. Tried to find a number I could call to advise Starbucks of their weakest link. Could not find one. Every other worker there working with her was extremely welcoming and helpful. Especially the tall young gentlemen at the cash register. Kind of ruins your day with encounters like that.

This place is always clean but there's almost always a line. They serve the same tasting Starbucks coffee you've tried elsewhere, consistently.

Service very slow today.

The girls behind the counter were very unfriendly. It took forever to get my pumpkin bread. They forgot about it and we had to remind them. No apology no nothing. Not even a thank you for stopping by.

They would not honor a discounted refill. Very poor manners.

Always awful. Staff is rude and not in any hurry to fill orders. This particular time they missed my breakfast and refused to acknowledge it. I tried showing them my receipt and the staff ignored it. As tempting as it is to get a coffee before boarding the plane, I would recommend skipping this one.
