The young woman that served me today before 2 PM, she served me last week as well. She has a bad attitude. I ordered a HOT drink and she served it to me cold. Excuse me, this drink is cold. She snapped at me and questioned it. Her customer service needs to be addressed.

I had to interrupt the two women at the Starbucks to order my coffee. They were deep in conversation and looked at me several times and ignored me. All I wanted was a plain black coffee. I got my coffee and it was the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted it was burnt and bitter tasting. I brought it back to the Starbucks kiosk, and Jackie told me that that is just how black coffee tastes. She claimed that they taste tested it this morning.And told me that I needed to add cream and sugar to it, which I do not like in my coffee. She then told me they can’t do anything and I need to go to the customer service desk. And there is no one here.

Usually they do an awesome job. I decided to splurge after not partaking for months...$8. Two strawberries, all ice. Two sips and gone. So sad. I'll never buy another pink drink.

Starbucks. Young lady’s working. I said hello can I please have.. I say drink type and she then says oh one moment like she was working on something but didn’t give any indication when I said hello that she was busy?! After waiting I then started again but she stopped me to say they don’t have any of that drink, just ran out?! They have big sign that says pumpkin spice lattes in the entrance. That’s the usual when they don’t want to make it by saying oh we ran out. I came by after buying my groceries and the two young ladies were just cracking jokes laughing. So just wanted to chill I guess instead of make a drink, maybe more complicated. Another one of Starbucks I won’t be stopping by to buy drinks no more.
