It seems any morning a lady named Nelvi is working, none of the coffees can be made. “Only cold brew” for about a week now. But the other lady that works different morning is so so sweet and makes the yummiest drinks, never has a problem with the machine.

One of the few stand alone Starbucks in this immediate area. Just your typical well run stores. We love this chain. We tried the new jalapeño chicken and cheese offering. Not so good. As was the doomed falafel experiment.

Everything except the main item they sell was excellent. 12 oz coffee cost $6.75 and same 12 oz coffee at Essential 1 is $1.19 and taste better not water down.

It takes 5 seconds to hand a dasher the order then you can move on to the next thing. It’s annoying when I come in and it’s sitting there. Takes 1 second. DO BETTER!

Drink and service were average. It is located inside a grocery store but has tables for customers to sit down at. We had some drunk, sloppy folks come in and take over the table and floor next to us. They were loud and obnoxious and clearly intoxicated. At 1030 in the morning! Unfortunately, there seems to be no shortage of this in Anchorage! :(

When they said barista what name of she old lady? Filipino! My dad been visiting old lady there now cheating in the air. Now decided to spread the news. When my dad likes buying he asks me you want to buy anything at Starbucks I say sometimes yes I was with him then a young lady barista working my dad asked is she here today?! Lady said no.. Then that starts to me who would my dad be asking… I asked my dad he got mad! Then days months came my mom sisters found out more than I did! Just a few days we bought the mango shake and my other sis strawberry both same. We didn’t told anything there we saw here. We’re with mom. What’s the name of old Filipino barista

I often frequent this location and find all of the baristas very helpful/friendly. Ronnie is the barista I see most often and what a joy. I typically order very basic drinks but they never disappoint ☺️ I also love the little messages they write on the cup lids and leave on their display board. Always a great way to start the day!
