Whoever the big blonde lady is with curly hair, has some serious micro aggression issues. A group of my friends thatre also Asian was met with coldness and argumentative conversations with us, and the next white lady behind us had her complete kindness. The boss needs to check her, completely not servicing ALL the customers with kindness.

You had one job to do... Just grind the whole beans for an automatic drip flat bottom filter... Instead you choose chaos by doing a fine grind that clogged the filter and overflowed the coffee and grounds onto the counter, into the pot and also back into my coffee maker. 🤬

Bless them, but the kids working here did not understand what a black coffee was. I tried to explain it multiple ways. Black coffee. Drip coffee. Brewed coffee. Just a dang coffee. No dice. When I asked for a “roasted” coffee that mercifully worked. Then 5 seconds later they promptly forgot my order and the process renewed again. Baffling experience all around.

This is the third time my coffee was not good. The coffee shot was burned, and I ended up wasting my time and money. Starbucks, please provide proper training to your employees. I spent $7.35 and even gave a $1 tip, but my hazelnut oat milk latte was undrinkable. It’s really disappointing to pay so much and not get the quality you'd expect. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
