THE TWO PEOPLE (male and female) working the afternoon shift (3PM) on 12.23. Super lazy and unmotivated. The lady didn’t even listen to my order or let me know when to pay. Literally just stared at me and spaced out the entire time. I noticed she didn’t even put in my order correctly so went up to the dude to make sure to add peach juice and he still didn’t. $6 for what tasted like blended ice water. Really disappointing and ridiculous.

I ordered 2 small green tea Frappuccino. They put in VT. I got the receipt and I told them right away that you put in wrong size. All I got was you have to go to service desk to get your refund or you can add something else to make equal amount. I just told them forget it. This is ridiculous. They took order and put in wrong and told your customer to for take care of it themselves at the service desk or get more stuff that they don't need. Will never go back again. Starbucks keep getting worsen on their hiring their staffs and training. I think I just need to stop Starbucks for good. This is not worth my time to deal with. Very disappointing. Not good..not good. Not good..

I walked in to this place they had 4 people working and it took over 15 minutes for them to maje 1 coffee got a hot sandwich but it was cold by the tome i got regular coffee cause they didn't have the ingredients for a London fog very incompetent never goong here again.

Went today I didn't see the red head I ordered a decaf mocha they had decaf today.I seen the main manager from Fred Meyers in thereI felt a lot better in ordering with him there.I am going to change my rating because of the awesome service today.(Yesterday comment)Went in to get a decaf mocha the red head said they were out of decaf beans. No problem I will go somewhere else.Pretty sure it was woman who I just happened to park next to when I was going to shop first at Fred Meyers.Owner please check the inventory and watch this employee.Much thanks.

Flying mosquitos in the middle of Winter inside store. Blueberry muffin so old my son spit it out. Drip coffee tasted days to weeks old. Grossest Starbucks I’ve ever been to
I’m from illinois, so of course had to stop in at Starbucks while shopping at Fred Meyer! I was immediately greeted by two workers with smiles on their faces! I couldn’t find what my sister liked, so Alexis made me a whole new drink that she came up with off the top of her head! My sister loved it :) 11/10 definitely recommend! ❤️ Thanks Alexis !

I have not been to a Starbucks in a number of years and I made the mistake of stopping there today now I remember why I stopped going, unbelievably rude and messed up the ordered and did not want to fix it. I will not make the mistake of going here again.

I love that they have their own door from the outside so I can bypass the shoppers to go right to Starbucks.
