Idk who keep doing but I hate ordering from here because they NEVER PUT THE WHIP CREAM NO MATTER HOW TIMES I ASK, and alway drawing weird faces, last cup was just angry face so idk what going on, but get a manager. Cause all my cups are getting rude.

I come here frequently cause it’s close to work. I’ve always had a good experience. There are a couple baristas there that are really friendly and will remember you and your order.

Ordered a sugar free vanilla latte. They did not have sugar free but didn't tell ne. Recieved my latte and it was just coffee and cream. When I talk to them is when I found out they had no sugar free. Should have told me. Dibetic here so must be careful. No apology for no giving what I paid

This could possibly be the worst Starbucks in Anchorage. I live nearby, but I will travel to other locations just because this one is so terrible. Every time I come here, there is ALWAYS an issue. Sometimes I come and they are closed because no one showed up, and other times I’ve come and they are missing food items, ingredients etc. They should seriously consider closing this location. Today, it took 20 minutes for my drink because the “espresso machine” needed to warm up (I was the only person in line). Of course I’m told the espresso machine wasn’t working AFTER I paid for my drink.

Every time I go to this location they are always a new hire learning the ropes. Employees are slow. They are always out of stock on certain things. Their coffee drinks are subpar. Always disappointing.
This Starbucks team is wonderful! As a fellow Starbucks barista, there is nothing wrong with this location. The displays are clean and full; the kiosk is always tidy. The recent bad reviews were completely uncalled for. If a drink isn’t made to your preference, you can avoid a heartache by asking for a remake or even adding extra ingredients. During my last visit, one of the baristas was being trained on drinks, and everything came out perfectly in a timely manner.

The barista that always works there always gets irritated when she actually has to work, she makes it visible she's mad by slamming stuff around, she always acts rude and I requested extra toppings, she charged me for it ( don't mind that) however she put no toppings on my frap. Poor customer service skills and likes to rip customers off

I went early this morning look for an Italian soda and the lady was so rude about it. I ended up getting a hot chocolate, and it was disgusting. But the Red Velvit Loaf was delicious!
