This Starbucks team is wonderful! As a fellow Starbucks barista, there is nothing wrong with this location. The displays are clean and full; the kiosk is always tidy. The recent bad reviews were completely uncalled for. If a drink isn’t made to your preference, you can avoid a heartache by asking for a remake or even adding extra ingredients. During my last visit, one of the baristas was being trained on drinks, and everything came out perfectly in a timely manner.
Have been hesitant to come back after a girl with long dark hair and glasses made my drink the wrong way by adding syrup I made sure to clearly ask not to be put in and she used the same cup, she just poured out the syrup. I came this morning and LeVerna and another girl I have never seen before gave me the most courteous and prompt service and made my drink right.
