The dude w glasses that’s on shift working @ Starbucks (not the one by door 3) it is currently 2pm Monday Dec 9th so this didn’t happen too long ago today. He has serious attitude problems. He made my gf’s drink wrong twice . She asked for it to be ICED & it wasn’t. Lastly, after she got her drink it was STILL terrible. It didn’t taste anything like what she normally orders. As she told him about the drink he spaced out for 4 seconds, rolled his eyes way too many times, & started heavy breathing.

Today me and my daughter just went to the here a young lady with glasses who was take order was extremely freaken rude and attitude was horrible! I we order drink and I gave her cash and she didn’t even say anything like do you need change nope she just put in the tip jar there is no thank you nothing !!! She looks so upset about something and her breath was really bad too! Girl.. you need brush your teeth and get some sleep so you can change your attitude little bit

Mobile ordered 2 drinks. When I arrived, they were out of the ingredients for both . I asked if they could refund, they said no, I asked for 2 vouchers for future drinks, they said they didn't have any, I asked what I could do to get my money back, they said I could try calling starbucks support. This took an additional 30 minutes of my time.
Most every Starbucks I have visited had super friendly employees, but not this one.

* There are two Starbucks shops in ANC south terminal. This review is regarding the one OUTSIDE the security checkpoint.Bought a cup of hot coffee latte here and the taste was surprisingly bad, the worst of all cups of coffee I ever got from Starbucks. Also, the napkin and sugar stand was so dirty and I don't even want to touch anything there. The espresso is made from machines and I don't understand how could the girls can make the coffee taste SO BAD. (I have a Breville Espresso Machine at home and I make coffee latte everyday using Starbucks coffee beans)Management should do something to keep the brand minimum quality expectations from average customers.

The Starbucks located inside the Anchorage Alaska Airport is definitely worth a visit. Their staff is incredibly friendly, greeting each customer with warm smiles and making the extra effort to ensure your experience is positive. The Triple Tall Latte is a must-try; the blend of flavors is absolutely delectable and it hits the spot, especially for a post-flight pick-me-up.That being said, the service speed experienced some hiccups during my visit due to some issues with their systems. This led to a slightly longer waiting time than usual.However, considering the quality of the beverage and the exemplary customer service, this minor delay didn't significantly detract from the overall experience.

You must go to this Starbucks! The service was great and you can find the ALASKA MUGS! Go and get your today, don’t be late!

Great, smiling customer service during my stop this morning. Airport Starbucks are always so busy and the staff usually overwhelmed and understandably crabby, but the women working today were killin it! Thank you :)

I was in the Anchorage airport Starbucks at 1:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. Two girls were working and when one finally turned around, after me standing there for two minutes, she told me they were closed. Their hours clearly state 10am -10pm, 7 days a week. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.

Ordered: Trenta cup of ice water and Flat white.Lady refuses to give me Trenta cup of ice water but gives me six grandes. Is it me or has all logic and reason been obliterated? It took more resources and time to fill 6 grandes than one Trenta. Keep in mind that she has Trenta cups. I was very annoyed. I don't understand why she would do this. I even offered to pay for the Trenta cup.

There is no reason that the Starbucks is still closed outside the ANC airport gates. There are a lot of employees and people that like to order. It's been a year.

As I sat down to eat my order, I had stood up and expressed how I had ordered jelly and cream cheese w my baggle. They told me they don't offer jelly and offered a refund in the airport did not have much time would have appreciated if they had told me at time of order. The worse part as they started to laugh and talk about how I did not know starbucks does not offer jelly, a premium service deserves better than this.
