Coffee and food is solid. Basic Starbucks fare. The service is quick and friendly. Dining area isn't too crowded which is nice. Only issue is that the ambient music is loud enough that you have to raise your voice a bit for conversation. Shame because it could be a very relaxing coffeehouse.

Please look at your missed calls for today, Jan 21st, 2024 around 18:17-18:21, and call me back. I came through the drive-through and bought a pink drink with no inclusions. It tasted like watered-down acai. I can barely taste it. I called 4 times and no one picked up. Thank you.

cold cold cold. If you are a patron used to getting warm food to go with minimum wait using the mobile ap. we have a problem. This is the only manager in the entire country or state that will make you stand in line to get a side of ice .....for a drink that usually comes with ice. meanwhile...your mobile order is getting colder and colder and colder.....

What does this store got against cold foam??? Every time I order a drink with cold foam from DoorDash I legit NEVER get the cold foam I am being charged with. The point of going through DoorDash is so I don’t have to come in and have you fix a drink that should’ve been made right in the first place. Is it because it’s a Doordash order and the person is not physically getting the drink it’s ok to just slack on half the ingredients asked for? Crazy.
No. This is not a doordash issue either. I clearly see on the sticker of the cup my request was received accordingly. It's the way the drink was made that is always incorrect which comes from the facility. Doordash does not make the drinks they just deliver it.

I do enjoy my americano, I do not understand why some do not know that they have an 8oz cup. I use 8oz of half and half in my americano. I don't understand why sometimes the coffee is cold, or the look I get when I ask for a small cup of half and half cause they don't put enough half and half that I was charged $.10 an oz for

Nice new store, employee's are are kind and attentive. Drinks are good, it's probably the in the top 2 Starbucks here in Anchorage.

Winston is an "Exceptional employee" -- whether he is working at the drive-thru window, in-store counter, or being a barista creating delicious beverages. He remembers specifically how I like my beverages. Winston is a people person-- kind and considerate of others. Whenever I bought things at the in-store counter and had several things to carry, Winston would always help me by carrying the beverage trays to the car while I carried the bags of goodies. You see, I only have one hand free as I am a handicap and walk with a cane. The last time we went by the drive-thru window, we placed our order and also asked for Winston. We were told that Winston was no longer working there. That was only a few days after he helped me bring my beverage trays to the car. Hopefully, Winston was not terminated for helping me. He is an asset to any company he works for. It is because of him that we enjoyed patronizing Starbuck's Restaurant on Debarr and Muldoon. Now that Winston is no longer there, I don't think I will go there anymore. We (my family and I) will miss Winston.

Wow! Just got helped by Winston in the drive through - unbelievably friendly and efficient! I tried to recruit him for my company lol. People like that are so hard to find. Hope someone reads this and recognizes him for his positive, energetic, fun-filled demeanor. You’re lucky to have him! Coffee is good - but it’s always the people who make the experience.
