The gentleman said I could not talk to his employees that way. I said I was not being rude she could not hear me twice so I said it louder. Over that man's customer serice.

Do not waste your money. I've had an issue every time I came here for a cold brew iced coffee. Firstly I was charged something different for every single one who knows what the actual price is: it's somewhere between $6-$8 they can't figure it out. When I handed the girl my money she accidentally dropped it on the ground so I had to make sure my $20 bill didn't fly away. My rewards were never added to my account and the guy at the drive thru said sorry "I don't know how it works" and when I asked for a receipt I was ignored. Here is a photo of my $8 coffee. When I got a venti last time it was $6.25 today for a tall it was 7.70. Do not got here unless you want to be disappointed.

15 min wait only one in store not happy.Also the new guy whipped his nose with his bare hands and continue to make drinks I tossed my drink in the trash and left what a waist of time and money.
