I swear every single time I’ve been there the coffee is watery and it’s not just a specific drink every drink I’ve ever gone from there all different kinds. They are always watery.

Pretty alright starbucks I guess. Just average. It has a cool fireplace and nice comfy chairs. Workers were nice and friendly, and the drinks were good👍🏽

I rarely share post but since I have worked in the industry for so long including at a Starbucks I was surprised when I got to the shop and my drinks were not ready after I placed the order at 2:42 it said it would be ready by 2:48. I arrived at 2:50 and waited. There was 1 person in front of me and 2 cars in the drive through. I waited 5 minutes before asking a barista about my order because I understand order of operations. They asked my name and punched the finished button but the beverages were not done and I was late to work.
I even asked if they were ready because I had to be at work in 3 minutes by this point and they had picked up the order ticket from the counter and cups and started to make my order. By that time I had to rush to work
No one said sorry
I never got my drinks
This was very unprofessional of all of the people working there
You got my money and I’m so disappointed. I will be letting the district manager know what’s happening

I placed a mobile order and the pickup was for 9:44. Showed up at that time and they were waiting until I was here to make the traveler. I wouldn’t have placed a mobile order if I had to wait until I’m here for them to begin making it. I’m not one to write reviews about this but I scheduled it so I could be on time for a work meeting and ended up being 30min late. Looks like they also had issues when it seemed to be ready.

The service here today was top notch. Smiles, conversation, everything was on point. Service was pretty quick as well as I had a fairly large order. Now I have been to better Starbucks as far as drink quality for the Iced Shaken Espresso, but the service more than made up for it and the frozen drinks were on point. Really polite and kind staff. I will definitely be back. The photo is obviously taken after I starting drinking it, so the presentation was in fact better. I will say, tastes better then it looks.

Younger Guy red hair, that works the windows. Horrible service and attitude. We went yesterday same service as today. Though he just had a bad day yesterday, nope not at all. Seems like he does want to work. Rude for no reason. I drink Srarbucks everyday and never had employees treat us this way.

***I edit this because the same guy served us is much nicer and did a whole lot better. Great service and much improvement. Very Impressed***

im a delivery driver for doordash and yesterday i had an uncomfortable experience. the worker who was making the drinks seemed like she was struggling and was ignoring me, so someone named mac came over. she was really nice and was grabbing the order i was waiting on when the girl from the drink station rushed over and snatched it away from her hands before i could take the bag. it seemed like there was a lot of tension there and kind of unprofessional but i think the drinks girl was kind of dramatic. i felt back for mac.

The manager is so rude and so disrespectful to her employees I overheard her yelling at the employees and that is not ok I asked for her name Gabby Martin upper management you have been forewarned good luck keeping good employees with this lady as the manager

I normally don’t write a review, but today I went to starbucks and got some few drinks and pastries. The lady was taking the order at the drive thur was so rude, she was rushing me to order and didn't even finish what i want to order and asking me anything else. She was yelling and idk why.. when i came up at the window to pay she gave me attitude for no reason. I know it’s busy on drive thru but why giving attitude to your customers for no reason? And i was not taking my time too.. i wish i got her name but she small and short curly hair.

Can’t make drinks according to the menu to save their life.
It’s so wildly inconsistent and they put stuff in your drinks with out you asking them and it’s just a nightmare don’t go to this Starbucks location.
If you are doing a door dash or whatever order make sure it’s not this address. I have had to get a refund for my last three drinks here as they we’re undrinkable
