What can I say it was a visit to Starbucks they actually did serve up some pretty good coffee service was great. It was the energy we needed to continue on with our trip off to hike.

im a delivery driver for doordash and yesterday i had an uncomfortable experience. the worker who was making the drinks seemed like she was struggling and was ignoring me, so someone named mac came over. she was really nice and was grabbing the order i was waiting on when the girl from the drink station rushed over and snatched it away from her hands before i could take the bag. it seemed like there was a lot of tension there and kind of unprofessional but i think the drinks girl was kind of dramatic. i felt back for mac.

The manager is so rude and so disrespectful to her employees I overheard her yelling at the employees and that is not ok I asked for her name Gabby Martin upper management you have been forewarned good luck keeping good employees with this lady as the manager

I normally don’t write a review, but today I went to starbucks and got some few drinks and pastries. The lady was taking the order at the drive thur was so rude, she was rushing me to order and didn't even finish what i want to order and asking me anything else. She was yelling and idk why.. when i came up at the window to pay she gave me attitude for no reason. I know it’s busy on drive thru but why giving attitude to your customers for no reason? And i was not taking my time too.. i wish i got her name but she small and short curly hair.

Can’t make drinks according to the menu to save their life.
It’s so wildly inconsistent and they put stuff in your drinks with out you asking them and it’s just a nightmare don’t go to this Starbucks location.
If you are doing a door dash or whatever order make sure it’s not this address. I have had to get a refund for my last three drinks here as they we’re undrinkable

Didn’t shake matcha at all , I’ve worked at Starbucks for years and drink matcha like 4 times a week. The matcha was all balled up in powder globs I asked if yall could shake it up and he literally started swirling the cup around between my car and the drive through. Didn’t even let my husband say he wanted to use our rewards and somehow this matcha is two shades darker despite being shaken up. Never in my life have I heard of using the same amount of scoops of flavoring in a single portion of cold foam as you would in a venti iced drink. I get it’s close to close but how do you mess a drink up and not even offer to fix it beyond swirling it in our face is wild.

I saw 5 team members all working together and working hard to keep up with demand. They were all attentive and friendly to the customers. They could have sent one person to do some store cleanup of the tables, floor and restrooms, but I give them a pass because they were working so hard on filling orders.

Horrible and disappointing. Not usually open at 5:00 as advertised. Don't rely on them for your morning coffee stop on the way to work.

To the barista(s) that know my order by heart…Hi, it’s Ellie! I typically mobile order daily and I have it timed where my drink is always ready on arrival. On the days I don’t and use the drive through you still know it’s me and leave me a message on my cup. It’s the little things that make someone’s day. So thank you!!

Horrible service and they can't make drinks. An Iced Carmel Macchiato comes with Carmel. Not only did they charge extra for Carmel, they didn't even put Carmel in it. And the cashier rude. Waited 33 mins for 3 drinks. And they have a huge pdf flag hanging inside
