Nick, guy gives you undertones like he's super Irritated and annoyed with you if you make a mistake, sorry bro I don't know what a latte is even tho I order it everyday but it's not ok to give off those kinda vibes/undertones like that like people can pick up on what's going on, thanks !

Honestly, I went to college in Seattle and I am usually a die hard fan, but to this particular Starbucks... you can get a better Carmel Macchiato at McDonald's and waaay faster... even went back to fix it (THIER original mistake that is) and it still tasted horrible.Well folks this AIN'T SEATTLE! ???? FRIENDLY STAFF THO!~????GOOD JOB!Do you know what state we are in?Alaska. That means we have as high if not higher job ethics than Seattle Washington. So if you can't do your job!move.THANKS FOR proving my point.❤️??

Today on 12.15.2023, at around 8:10am, the Starbucks location was extremely busy. Despite ordering my drink well in advance, my order was missed, causing me to be late for work,. however, I did observed the team working diligently and cooperatively, and they were apologetic about the delays in fulfilling orders, including mine. The management at this location is friendly, despite being busy, and they still maintain an efficient operation.

If I could give this location zero stars today I would. I like to order my espresso from starbucks and then add my protein drink into it to complete my beverage. Today I ordered two venti iced espressos with praline and a side of cold foam. Everything on the screen was correct but when I pulled to the window, the girl gave me two tall iced espressos. She corrected the drink when I asked and then gave me my additional cold foam … or so I thought. When I pulled into the parking lot to assemble my drink, not only was the extra cup she gave me filled with 2% milk, but my iced espresso did not have the pumps of praline that I paid for as well. When we tried to go back through the drive thru, there was a sign that said it was closed. The front doors were locked too. We had just barely left the drive thru and suddenly they were closed. Mind you we visited this location at 1pm. When my husband walked up to the window to ask them to correct our drinks, the pink hair lady said “we put everything away already” and then shut the window on my husbands face. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever had. Not just at starbucks, but ever. You can clearly tell by the lack of care that they were ready to shut down before we even arrived and so they rushed making our drinks only to make them incorrectly and then not even correct it. ZERO out of 10 I do not recommend.

I go to this specific Starbucks almost daily. The crew there is ALWAYS so nice and cheerful that it makes my day so much better. I love that when I go in there they know me and most of the times know exactly what I'm getting and there is never a huge wait. If they are super busy they are always polite and never seem stressed out even though I'm sure I would be pulling my hair out if I was them. This is by far the BEST Starbucks in the state of Alaska!!!!

I bought a cup of ice for $7. I ordered a venti iced matcha tea latte with LIGHT ICE and I got a sip of drink and a cup full of ice.I had to drive to my work right away so I couldn't go back in to complaint. So I vent here. No, they were not busy. No, I communicated clearly for the light ice (you can even see it in the label). I don't know what went wrong. I went there to reward myself to feel good and I left feeling fooled. What a joke.

It's Starbucks, I usually order via mobile to avoid long car lines in the morning. Drinks are always made correctly, and batistas are very friendly.

We ordered the apple croissant (all my husband wanted) but they were out. The wonderful gentleman suggested a cheese danish with apple drizzle that was, according to my husband, absolutely delicious and made his night. I’ve come to this location many times now and always have a good experience!

They are many times closed for either no hot water or staffing issues. Also they are almost always out of the food I try to order daily. The staff here is very nice but overworked I think. They are short staffed but the staff that is there are doing their best to keep up. If You are looking for a job and love Coffee and Starbucks go check this place out it's lovely inside! They really need closers here. So they don't need to close early! I by no means dislike Starbicks...quite the contrary I go there several times daily.Vegetarian options: They also have a couple keto options be careful though their egg white bites has fake frankenfood . I do love the bacon Gruer egg bitesDietary restrictions: Keto items and vegan items
