I was on a business trip to Anchorage and placed a mobile order for what I thought was this Starbucks. I accidentally placed it for the Starbucks back in my home state though. It was completely my fault, but after explaining what happened the staff here didn’t even hesitate and put in a new order for me at no charge. I couldn’t be happier with the team at this Starbucks, great customer service.

I was the only one in the store ordering. An employee named Winter ( mixed color hair blue faded purple ) was right there, would not acknowledge me or answer when I asked if she could help me. I stood there as we looked at each other for over a minute. She never even replied. Finally sone one came around the corner and helped me. He was polite and finally helped me. Was a quiet and long minute when done one who is clearly looking at you won't even speak to you. Please figure out your customer service..
Workers are great however owner of this Starbucks is ridiculously cheap. What kind of starbucks doesn't offer free water🤣. It's something you're known for!

Poor customer service!!!!! I paid for a drink and food just so I can sit and work on homework in the lobby and when my boyfriend laid his head on the table for a second and some person in a mask walked and and slammed the table saying, “no sleeping” in a very rude tone! What is the point of paying for something if you’re not welcomed??? Easy to say, I’m never going there again!

Tried the tropical citrus energy drink and it tasted the same as plain sparkling water. There’s was zero citrus flavor. Worst drink I’ve had by far. From the time I got in the store I could tell that the workers were annoyed because it was 30 minutes before close. I then tried to order a wrap and I was told they had none left.
