I was the only one in the store ordering. An employee named Winter ( mixed color hair blue faded purple ) was right there, would not acknowledge me or answer when I asked if she could help me. I stood there as we looked at each other for over a minute. She never even replied. Finally sone one came around the corner and helped me. He was polite and finally helped me. Was a quiet and long minute when done one who is clearly looking at you won't even speak to you. Please figure out your customer service..

Workers are great however owner of this Starbucks is ridiculously cheap. What kind of starbucks doesn't offer free waterš¤£. It's something you're known for!

Poor customer service!!!!! I paid for a drink and food just so I can sit and work on homework in the lobby and when my boyfriend laid his head on the table for a second and some person in a mask walked and and slammed the table saying, āno sleepingā in a very rude tone! What is the point of paying for something if youāre not welcomed??? Easy to say, Iām never going there again!

Tried the tropical citrus energy drink and it tasted the same as plain sparkling water. Thereās was zero citrus flavor. Worst drink Iāve had by far. From the time I got in the store I could tell that the workers were annoyed because it was 30 minutes before close. I then tried to order a wrap and I was told they had none left.

Starbucks has a store and a drive-thru, and quite a few customers visited for coffee and simple sandwiches in the morning. I only bought the Starbucks Discovery Series cup here. There are tumblers and mugs that are not commonly found in other stores, and some items are also on clearance sale. I want to visit one more time and try coffee before I leave Anchorage. There aren't a lot of seats in the store, but since most people do to-go, it seems to be enough.

"You can just go to another Starbucks if your so unsatisfied with your drink" that's a quote from the manager. Oddly that solution is not backed up by the 1800 # one calls with these issues.
It had nothing to do with the customer, as the previous reviewer thought.. We also were forgotten about today for about 30 minutes while our order of food and drinks sat unattended. There were no other customers ordering food when we expect a Starbucks to have SOME business. Obviously not.

I don't know what happened. I feel like we were discriminated against as Natives. We went in I ordered said my name. We sat right where they could see us for A LONG TIME. We were within earshot and obviously sitting there waiting. We watched people getting served except our party and there was no notice or professionalism regarding our service. I just thought they were really busy. Finally went and asked what's up. Here they just left it on the counter without saying anything. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but I also don't want to go through whatever that was again.
