It's a typical Starbucks. The staff are polite. The location can make it a little difficult depending on the direction you're heading on Tudor or Lake Otis.
I believe our server / human at the window was named Astrid. They were very polite and courteous. But whoever made the coffee made the worst mocha I’ve ever had. Sour, blazing hot, and in the end, garbage after a single sip. Will not be returning to this location

I ordered on the Starbucks app, food was ready right in time. Very nice costumer service, welcomed us in. Not too many seating options but this Starbucks is perfect to grab a quick coffee/snack and head out.
Excellent drinks, great drive-thru service, don't forget to ask for a puppuccino!!! And, I get free gift cards for Starbucks scanning receipts and playing mobile games through the Fetch App, check it out!!!

Not a good experience recently. The manager with the roman numeral tattoo on her forearm is dismissive and her customer service sucks. Would have rather gotten the issue fixed than get her attitude. Oh well I guess.
