I called shortly after opening to kindly ask if they were participating in Red Cup Day, since I wasn’t sure if it was just certain locations. I apologized for calling early, and the barista who answered responded in a rude and condescending tone, saying it was at every location and then hung up on me while I was still speaking. I understand that mornings can be stressful, especially today, but I was polite and sincere during the call, so I was surprised by the response.

Seriously never seen such an organized group of hard working gals I have ever seen at a Starbucks. Comstant orders, no mess ups and they make the best coffee in Anchorage. Such a great place and people are out of this world. Never had a coffee in such a great warm welcoming place in all my years. Keep all these girls, they have a tough job and they are working beautifully to make sure everyone gets what they ordered. Incredible location. Hardworking employees they all are.

I get the matcha latte often and many places don't measure correctly (they do heaping scoops instead of leveled off ones) and it makes the matcha too unbearably strong, but this location always makes them perfectly!!! And Momo is such a ray of sunshine when she works! 😁 love her!

I had the best drink I ever had from any coffee stand or Starbucks before. Granted, I wouldn’t buy it this way regularly it would cost $11.50 with the extras, but, I used my 200 stars so I got any drink I wanted 💅 the employees were kind and quick. And this boujee matcha was DIVINE. The location in 100th off C by target has declined tremendously. New management it seems. I am going to come here even if it means going across town.

Was on the phone was going to order after I got off the phone and before I was ended the call I was asked to leave in a rude way if I wasn't making a purchase 😕 I was making a purchase and did but it the video wasn't good after wards and my Carmel ribbon crunch had so little Carmel in it it was not good I mean it has Carmel in the name of it you would think there would be more of it not a lil bit on top and that's it anyways was disappointed all the way around

When I said light ice to the clerk, they said they already knew it, but when I got home and drank it, I found that there was so much ice in it. I ordered four cups of the same, and there was so much ice 😅 and their attitude was not good.
