I stopped in while I was in town for business, and the staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming! They made my experience feel comfortable and positive from the moment I walked in. The drinks were great, the service was quick, and everyone was genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

Pretty inconsistent since they’ve moved. Ordered the same drink five times and it’s only been correct twice. When it’s wrong it’s because they forget the syrup. Food is always on point. Baristas are super nice.

Something needs to be done about the older white female who works at Popeyes. She continues to be extremely rude even after numerous of us have filled ICE Complaints. NOT A THING HAS CHANGED!!! 1) We are aware of the operating hours. If we get in line 4-5 minutes before opening, we don’t want or need her screaming at us “WE DON’T OPEN UNTIL11???” 2) If she calls out our number for our meal & we’re walking back to the counter from getting our drink, we don’t need her shouting our number out rudely.
Waited over 20 minutes for 1 cold brew with cold foam. No line and 3 staff. Grande drink was half filled with cold foam and runny. Was like drinking a mouth full of filmy cream. Rarely have a good experience at this Starbucks.

We decided to grab a couple of coffees at this Starbucks location. It's conveniently located right outside the JBER main exchange, which was great for the military and retired members that were shopping.
The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and professional during our visit. Everything we ordered was served hot and we truly enjoyed our order.

Couldn't check a price on the website until I logged in. Couldn't log in because the Exchange IT is worthless. Called the hotline and that lady was useless. Had to use my wife's login. Finally got in and what I wanted was $40 more on the exchange site. I bought it for $260 they wanted $301.64. Why do we keep the exchage around? They are worless!!
Trash coffee it was like strangely greasy somehow kid loved the cake pops

Very disappointed with my order. I ordered my usual(vietnamese style coffee) This is usually brown in color and is usually $4.10 but not only I got billed $6.50, they also messed up the flavor and this is super sweet and the staff here seems like they don’t love their job, not creative at all and no attention to details.
They used to have an AMAZING staff, but now…SUCKS! Had a young lady just dip out on me & take a break (at 10am) . Just sat down & got on her cell.
The Barber shop in the exchange tried to make my 16 month old WEAR A MASK. Told me that everyone had to wear a mask whether or not THEY WERE A BABY?! Unbelievable.
