The lady taking my order kept walking away and working on other things while I was ordering and told me to just tell her anyway what I wanted. That left me quite shocked but I did as she asked.
She was aggressive with scanning a cup I was buying for a friend.
And when I got my drink it was not what I ordered.
I asked them to remake my drink and they did without protest at least but it was not a pleasant experience at all.

I ordered a DECAF drink and they literally gave me milk. The attitude when I ordered was beyond unacceptable. Please do better.

I order a HOT late and received an iced shaken espresso. The lady working the window argued with me and said it’s supposed to be an iced drink, even though I clearly asked for a hot. Never going there again. Also irritated they make you tip before you even see your drink. No thanks!

Listen I’m not expecting Uber niceness when I order. But if I’m the one saying “please” “thank you” “I’m so sorry” and the worker just stares at me like I offended them and their ancestors and passes off my food without even an utter of “here you go” or “have a nice day” then they need to learn emotional regulation skills. I don’t like ordering from this location unless I absolutely have to. It’s just so much attitude or everyone is pissed off and making it the guests problem. Like omg I’m so sorry that everyday you want to hurl yourself out of a car but getting mad at people who want to enjoy a cup of coffee is a bit much. It’s like the workers are getting their toes cut off in the back room or maybe management needs to do something for the moral of the team. I will say 10/10 for the speed though.

Service was very slow and my egg wrap was very bland, don't recommend this location
I came by 8 minutes before they were scheduled to close but they refused to serve me because they had decided to 'close early'. The drive through lane was still open and the website stated they were open.
And this is the first time I've panned anybody in a review.

If I could have this at 0 stars I would. I have never gone somewhere where they treat customers so poorly, you get paid to have good service and make the drinks , marla is the most unprofessional worker I HAVE EVER met, seems like other reviews are on the same page. How is she still employed? You guys will end up losing money having someone like that employed there. She has the worst attitude I have ever seen, and something’s needs to change. Until she’s gone and you find better you’ve lost me and others as customers. Do better

I'm never a karen but Marla (glasses and sleeve tattoo on arm) is actually the worst and I'm genuinely so curious as to how she is still working here. I've lived here since December and have had a horrible experience with her every time I come in. She always has a nasty attitude to everybody. Everybody I know since moving here has all had bad experiences with her. She likes to refer to every order thats off the menu or milk changed for dietary reasons a "stupid tiktok drink thats not even real" I tried ordering a drink that I normally order that I was word for word reading off of a picture of a starbucks cup and she cut me off mid sentence to say "Yeah thats another stupid tiktok drink thats not even real" (She's said this line to 2 other people I know.) I ordered something else for her convenience and when we got to the window, my husband was trying to hand her his card and she just shoved the drinks in our faces and slammed the window shut while we were trying to pay. She wouldn't open the window for us to pay after we sat there for a bit, so we left. The other day my friends and I went and she handed us our drinks, but no straws, so my friend asked "Excuse me, could we get some straws please?" And she froze in her tracks with the nastiest look and sarcasm in her voice and said "Yeah. I'm getting them." How is she still employed here? And why? I've read other reviews about her too and none are ever good. She is incredibly bad for business and I feel extremely sorry for whoever has to work with her or encounters her at this location. She seems miserable. 0 customer service skills. As a customer service worker of 5 1/2 years I can understand we have bad days, but her behavior is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional.

Ordered limited edition drink and when I got my order it was not the one that I ordered. When I asked, they were liked this is what we ring up your order as and walked away... very bad customer service.
