Always a reliable stop. The drinks are consistent, the service is quick, and this location is clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating, friendly baristas, and a cozy atmosphere if you want to sit and relax for a bit. Great experience every time I come in.
I went to Starbucks this morning to start my day and I ordered the caramel brûlée coffee and a cheese danish, my coffee was not even filled to the top, and was cold!! I took a bite out my cheese danish and it tasted smokey?! I am so unhappy about the service too, everyone had a monotones voice and did not seem happy to help, if you’re not gonna do your job well, get a different one!! Don’t let your day affect others by giving shitty service.

Why do my matchas come chuncky? Its too expensive for you not to mix it properly. My first sip today was a chunk. Then all this was at the bottom.

I’ve always been able to get a cup of water from Starbucks, I buy a venti almost everyday. I will return to this Starbucks location. Very cruel.

I really do enjoy the Starbucks stores across Anchorage, however this one here particularly on Diamond Blvd has great staff and a good atmosphere to sit and enjoy a cup.
