Staff is always rude. Ordered online and it was finished 15 minutes after it said it was done. There was literally no one else there but the employees were stocking and talking instead of making drinks.

Good coffee, but just too d*mn expensive for the sizes. Tip jar right by the card reader seemed a bit too much.

The cashier today was great fast and simple straight to the point felt generous enough to give a good tip, asked for one simple item set down in front of the cashier, and just sat there. No one ever called my name and other customers that came behind me got their name called, i’m from Texas. We have discrimination everywhere but ever since I moved to Alaska gotta watch out what Starbucks you go to if you don’t shine like the sun you’ll be clouded on.

Drive thru man was so rude and sassy. I'm not giving you a tip because you made me a cup of tea, let alone before you even give me the tea. Making customers take and hold onto the card scan device in their cars while the barista goes about other tasks is ridiculous. Next time I will throw it back through the window instead of waiting for you to come back. You are simply never going to get a tip with this stupid tactic.
Wasn’t welcomed in, the worker in the front gave me a sassy vibe and his service wasn’t it. First and last time at this location. Also the drinks weren’t shakened well, my dragon drink looked white.
Used the drive-thru and it was very fast. They have a new food item but no one could say whether it was GF or not, but while waiting for coffee and the egg bites, they looked it up which was thoughtful. Of course, Starbucks wont say that some thing they serve is gf.

You'll find the "standard" large tables with chairs, in the back area. Also, several comfy upholstered chairs in pairs scattered about in the main front area, among 2-tops & 4-tops.Pleasant folks at the front service counters.
Parking: Parking can be difficult during busy times, as the lot serves multiple businesses.

Service is great! Fast and friendly. Lately they are out of some items but so is everyone. My only complaint is I can't go through the drive-through because this drive-thru has a YUGE POTHOLE THAT MY ENTIRE TIRE GOES INSIDE AND SINKS MY CAR DOWN ALMOST TO THE AXLE! IVE REPORTED IT TO THE STORE BUT THEY STILL HAVENT FIXED IT MONTHS LATER.
