The coffee is horrible. The food is ok. Suggest to use better coffee beans. The coffee tasted like burn and smoked.

By far the worst location in town the coffees aren't as well made and taste much weaker. Probably has to do with more young people working here compared to other Starbucks.

You'll find the "standard" large tables with chairs, in the back area. Also, several comfy upholstered chairs in pairs scattered about in the main front area, among 2-tops & 4-tops.Pleasant folks at the front service counters.Parking: Parking can be difficult during busy times, as the lot serves multiple businesses.

Service is great! Fast and friendly. Lately they are out of some items but so is everyone. My only complaint is I can't go through the drive-through because this drive-thru has a YUGE POTHOLE THAT MY ENTIRE TIRE GOES INSIDE AND SINKS MY CAR DOWN ALMOST TO THE AXLE! IVE REPORTED IT TO THE STORE BUT THEY STILL HAVENT FIXED IT MONTHS LATER.

Giving them low ratings because of our LONG WAIT TIME! We waitied 30 minutes for ONE grande iced latte. They are so short staffed, it's sad. If anyone needs a JOB please go help the folks out @ Starbucks Southgate Shopping Center! THEY NEED HELP !

We came for a coffee. The lady who took our order was super friendly. I really liked her.The place was clean except for the restrooms... It was dearly morning and already gross, that's why I removed a star. The rest was great!

it's 7:50 why are y'all closed it says you're open til 8?? maybe change your time to say closed at 7:45 or something if your not gonna stay open til 8
