I was picking up an online order for a family member through the drive thru. There was a rude employee. First, I asked her if we had all the drinks because my hands were full to text my family member to confirm. And she said “well what did you order?” When she simply can look at the order ticket. My hands wouldn’t be full if she gave us a cup holder. I also spilled my drink on the way back because she didn’t plug one of the drinks. Probably not coming back here.

My friend and I come every Saturday, we buy 15+ drinks and treat every time we come, and give them great tips. We have kids all ages 7-13, we 90% of the time clean after them, and they are sitting with us. Tonight one of the staff member came and told us that we were disrupting costumers, when it’s always us and maybe 2-3 people only, and that our kids made a mess last Saturday, when WE know we did clean as much as we can, I’m a server I know how this works. It is sad because we thought because we were consuming they would treat us good, but they always have such a bad attitude towards us.

I feel that from the moment I come in the staff are just in a bad mood. Every time I come I consume 4 drinks and treats for my kids, I tip good. Tonight it was the worst, I came in and one of the staff member told me my kids made a mess when I usually make sure I clean after them. Maybe because they hear me and my kids speak Spanish because I do not see them treating other costumer like me. I won’t come back here as well as my friends.

Store is clean and usually quiet. The atmosphere is calm and warm thanks to its many windows. I haven’t had any bad experiences with their drinks. However, service inside is unfortunate. You can tell drive-through is priority over indoor. This itself wouldn’t be bad, but seeing five employees wondering who should talk to you is. I suggest management assign at least one employee to be the default choice for inside counter, otherwise customers feel like an unwanted interruption to the drive-through.

Absolutely atrocious attention to detail and poor customer service! Waited in line for a long amount of time, and after their second attempt at making us 2 PSLs, they still got it wrong. Will be avoiding this location!

The WORST customer service. The baristas are always hostile and rush you. Snippy service and bad attitudes. The drinks that I receive when visiting this location versus others are disgusting as well. You really can tell they do not enjoy their job and make sure you as a customer know it.

the service from one individual "mac". Almost every time my lid smells like perfume or lotion. It leaves a horrid smell. And the fact that I want to use tap pay and she would say "I'll had you this, because I don't want to get my hand wet." She seams smug or annoyed Everytime.
