The people who work there are very attentive and pleasant. When they are busy it is not the best location if you need fast service but I am usually not in a hurry so no issues for me.

7/17 around 6:50 pm. No customer service, or acknowledgement— overall a pretty awkward interaction with the barista. She was deep cleaning, and didn’t wash her hands or put on gloves before touching the tea bags for my order :/ such a bummer. Pretty shocked overall, I paid for my service and ended up throwing my drink away after processing the whole interaction and realizing this was basically a hazard.

The staff is not trained well. When I asked for a gift card they had no idea how to load it. They ended up finding a preloaded gift card in Carrs to give me because they couldn't figure out how to load a gift card which are available at their own kiosk.Furthermore they never seem to have their light roast coffee available. Every time I ask for the light roast option they claim that they are out. When it's available in whole bean for sale.Please train your staff better.

The staff there is very down to earth and skilled. Conversation can be short or long and they never make me feel awkward, even in my most awkward days. I think they should all get paid vacations to Hawaii or something.

I come to this starbucks often and so do my colleague's. It is really hit or miss on the the taste. It's kind of annoying because starbucks is expensive. After the terrible coffee i got today i probably won't be back.
we had an order of three drinks and all of them were undrinkable, they were so bad. My coworkers threw them away, I brought mine back they told me it was supposed to be that way. I disagreed, they just told me they appreciated my feed back but no one else complained that day. It was a total waste of money. The inconsistency of the drinks they make are just disappointing and not worth it.
