Terrible experience. My sandwich was made sloppily, not even cut, and with no care at all. The older lady in charge was rude and unprofessional. This location needs serious attention from upper management. No pride, no customer service — just lazy work.

Really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a sandwich with mayo, but it was drenched in mustard instead—which totally ruined the taste. On top of that, the raspberry tea was super watery, like flavored water at best.
I tried calling the store to get it resolved, but no one answered. I was left on hold for 3 minutes, and then the call just disconnected. Poor service all around. I usually enjoy Subway, but this visit was frustrating.

ordered 2 footlongs, only got 2 6 inch subs, that’s not a huge problem, they made us the other halves, but we get home and NONE of them had cheese (we ordered double cheese on both) and they made the 2 6 inches both the same sandwich instead of getting one with both. really disappointed that the phone number doesn’t connect so i can’t even call and talk to them about this. took a few minutes waiting in the drive through for them to even realize we were still waiting to talk to them about the footlongs. not worth the money or time

I ordered a sandwich on the kiosk today and received my food by the time I went home the food was made wrong. The sandwich had everything on it When I took it out …..I returned back to the store and manager at the moment Vivian refused to redo my sandwich And was giving me a hard time and was making me pay for it again even though they took my old sandwich and threw it away, she said it wasn’t their fault. I advised her. It’s not my fault either that there was an error in the kiosk when I ordered if there’s any possible way please that it could be Remade? After going back-and-forth I was totally nice to her explained the situation of the error and mistake and after multiple times of refusing, she just agreed to redo the sandwich and not charge me. I’ve ordered this sandwich for years multiple times using the kiosk not sure why this time The drive-through kiosk did not go correctly. The part that made me sad was just how customer service was handled in regards to this issue. The kid that handled my order was fine, but the manager was just in denial from the beginning

THis is THE WORST subway in anchorage. last year thry gave ne a sandwhich with NO MEAT in it. This year inordered a bmt. Ham, peperoni and salami on it.. i got a sandwhich with bacon.... it muat be an april 1st thing.. i thought MAYBE Id get wjat i ordered. But not. Mcdonalds service. Cool.

Had to repeat my order several times to the employee on making my sub. Then my wife asked for a salad there was a line forming she went down to wait for the person to grab a bowl so she could start having it made and they never did. Got so fed up with the service we just payed for the two six inch subs and left only to find out at home they completely got the order wrong all the way will next be going back again. Just go to Jersey Mike’s way better.

I ordered a black Forrest ham with cheese, mayo and lettuce only - going through their drive thru and having to use their Kiosk. The receipt says Ham and Cheese, unfortunately it was Roast Beef on the sandwich. Should have checked it in the driveway thru and not trusted they got it right, didn't think they could screw up a simple sandwhich. Unfortunately, I got all the home. Threw the sandwich in the garbage as I hate roast beef. Waste of my time, gas and money. Will not go back to this store.

Ordered through the drive through, waited for 45 minutes. And when I paid at the window they said “alright, it’ll be about shortly” NOT. I also PAID for avocado on my sandwhich and was there avocado? NOPE. NONE. At one point I looked over and saw a girl sitting on the counter drinking a soda. Not helping…..

There is a blonde lady in there and she wouldn’t give me her name but she is very nasty towards people and snobby. I asked her for my pick up and she said “ it should be out there “ and walked away. Then the other employee asked who I was here for and I told them and they helped me. But when I went to eat it. There was 2 scoops on tuna , Bread was not fully cooked and it was falling apart badly. I took it back in and she gave me attitude about it. I showed her it and told her how am I supposed to eat that when it’s falling apart. And there’s not even a full sandwich worth of meat. A footlong is 4 scoops of tuna and 4 pieces of cheese. I won’t go back.
I saw on the news that subway lowered their prices this week! 6.99 footlongs! Apparently not at this location. It was 11.99 for a foot long sandwich. The food wasn't as good as I remembered. Soggy bread, tough veggies, the tomatoes were waaaaay over ripe. Cucumbers were dried out. There were 2 workers on the line. We had 4 sandwiches and the worker on the top half stood there just watching the bottom 1/2 worker. She wouldn't do anything that "wasn't her job" not even take the sandwich out of the toaster to work on our sandwiches!! It took almost 20 min to get our 4 sandwiches done and paid for!! Do not recommend!!!

Busy lunch shift and there were new people working. Alicia was efficient, kind and professional at keeping things moving while giving instructions to newbis on the line and register.
