I accidentally left my pass on post, got dropped off for less than 10 minutes at Subway. The worker was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me stand inside while I was waiting, but she is just sitting at the table on her phone doing absolutely nothing.

Half the time the employees are sitting at the table waiting for customers. The shop is messy. No one at this location cares about service. And subways deals are so out of control a BOGO that’s half off? Seriously 😒 I will not come back to subway till we see $5.99 foot longs.

the boy that served me was rude, dirty, and clearly did not want to work. Curt, unshaven and hair is greasy, no hairnet nor face covering... which I tried to let go... but his attitude was increasingly making want to leave without getting food... then after he wrapped it he threw it on the counter... then got mad because he had to ring me up... think I'm going to start packing lunch and save money... sick of the attitudes from employee.

Hit or miss whether you get what you ordered. Ordered online? Its unlikely it will be done at the time you requested pickup even when you order two hours in advance. Want a choice in breads? Its unlikely they will have the bread you prefer. Like your condiments and sauces on the outside of the bread with the veggies? This is your place. Worst subway in America hands down.

There was a single person working tonight. He made myself and my friend a sandwich and my friend was the one who built the sandwich and she mentioned how she hadn't ever seen the pepper shaker dump so much pepper it once before. I thought nothing of it until I took a bite and opened it up and realized there was clumps of nothing but pepper. Both of us being nice people didn't say anything and attempted to eat the sandwich anyway after wiping some of the pepper off. I had been experiencing harboring all day and this was the highlight of my heartburn easily for the entire day. And she said that she could still taste the pepper around an hour after eating a sandwich she finished hers I got about halfway through the heartburn became too intense I had to stop. I then asked the employee if he could possibly make me a replacement sandwich just a half that I was supposed to eat. After seeing reluctant at first he finally gave in and said he could replace it in a very frustrated and unhappy way. I assured him that I would make this review and give it a good rating since you replaced the sandwich, with no pepper of course. So there you go, that's my review. The one and only time I've ever eaten at this subway.

I ordered 2 sandwiches with Tomatoes and cheese, my daughters sandwich was supposed to come with tomatoes and cheese but neither of those were on there. I ordered tomatoes on mine and received it with no tomatoes AND LOTS of onions q ridiculous amount of onions!! I guess since it’s and online order it doesn’t matter as much? Because it’s really not that hard to make a sandwich. I hope whoever made this sandwich has a good reason why BOTH of the sandwiches didn’t come as I payed.

They have a nice variety, I'm very pleased with the selection; however, I was a bit put off that I really couldn't have a sandwich made the way I imagined, but no harm, the service was still great!!!
Vegetarian options: Oh I'm not vegan or vegetarian, per se... but I do appreciate the selection.
Parking: Parking is not a problem.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessibility is a necessity these days, as we all know... you are appreciated... keep up the good work!!!
Ordered 2 footlongs TOASTED on doordash. They arrived cold & uncooked. The meat on my one sandwich was small. You deadass have to go into subway everyday to watch them make your food otherwise they skimp out on everything. It’s sad. I know it’s late but do better .. very

Terrible customer service, one of the staff is rude. I went for lunch yesterday at 11 am and a black hair lady out of nowhere started to yell at me when I was paying, I replied to her that I was being polite (in few words there was no need to yell at me), she decided to get louder saying “I’m Done!” and took her gloves off and left, another lady came apologizing for the rude behavior of her coworker, I will never go back to this place.
