I ordered 2 sandwiches with Tomatoes and cheese, my daughters sandwich was supposed to come with tomatoes and cheese but neither of those were on there. I ordered tomatoes on mine and received it with no tomatoes AND LOTS of onions q ridiculous amount of onions!! I guess since it’s and online order it doesn’t matter as much? Because it’s really not that hard to make a sandwich. I hope whoever made this sandwich has a good reason why BOTH of the sandwiches didn’t come as I payed.

They have a nice variety, I'm very pleased with the selection; however, I was a bit put off that I really couldn't have a sandwich made the way I imagined, but no harm, the service was still great!!!Vegetarian options: Oh I'm not vegan or vegetarian, per se... but I do appreciate the selection.Parking: Parking is not a problem.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessibility is a necessity these days, as we all know... you are appreciated... keep up the good work!!!

Ordered 2 footlongs TOASTED on doordash. They arrived cold & uncooked. The meat on my one sandwich was small. You deadass have to go into subway everyday to watch them make your food otherwise they skimp out on everything. It’s sad. I know it’s late but do better .. very

Terrible customer service, one of the staff is rude. I went for lunch yesterday at 11 am and a black hair lady out of nowhere started to yell at me when I was paying, I replied to her that I was being polite (in few words there was no need to yell at me), she decided to get louder saying “I’m Done!” and took her gloves off and left, another lady came apologizing for the rude behavior of her coworker, I will never go back to this place.

RE: Eagle River Subway I went to the Eagle River, AK Subway today (10/21/22) around 4p. There was a line of about six people. This store had five people working behind the counter and they went through six people in no time. I was the last in line. When it became my turn, three people disappeared in the back. The one who was suppose to take my order decided now was a good time to make a free foot-long sandwich for her daughter-in-law. The last person decided to re-stock the veggies. I was made to wait. Horrible customer service (from my perspective).
I wish I could give 0 star. Went there around 1 pm guess what they were out of all bread only flat bread lol. Do your job better!

Ordered no bready bowls and got charged for a salad and I asked for everything that is listed with the meal I ordered and they have me everything even the items not listed with the meal and when I asked and double checked that Only the things listed with the meal came with it and they said yes but not one thing was what I wanted was a misunderstanding but the fact I even pointed out and stated ib only wanted the things the meal said it came with nothing extra and it wasn't even the correct meal

I had a great experience today compared to all the other subways in Alaska, my sandwich was so well made it reminded me of being a kid when my great grandma would make us fresh hoagie sandwiches. The food wasn't only the good part of my visit I was given excellent customer service by 3 young ladies .I didnt have to repeat myself twice or even 3 times like all the other subways in anchorage .To sum up my entire visit I would respectfully like to say my sandwich was absolutely bussin , sheeeeeessh ...That people that helped me today deserve a raise , a paid vacation, maybe even a promotion. It's hard to find anyone willing to work or even willing to to do their "job" Anyway SUBWAY EAT FRESH
