Absolute nightmare. The staff here are shockingly rude and completely unhelpful. Prices are absurdly inflated, and they’ll do anything to squeeze more money out of you. I wasn’t even allowed to use the restroom unless I bought something — and after I did, they refused to give me the code at first. When they finally gave me one, it was the wrong code! I wasted time and energy just trying to open the door while they stood there doing nothing. This place is a perfect example of how NOT to treat customers. Avoid at all costs.

Worst subway I have ever been to and I've been to several bad customer service they don't call you if they don't have what you ordered they just give you whatever and I have never liked the chicken strips at subway and I'm pregnant the sandwich I got made me sick because they gave me chicken strips I have worked for subway as well and other restaurants it's not hard to call a customer and see what they want instead if you don't have what they ordered and the girl I spoke to on the phone was very rude

Awful customer service. We walked in because my little boy needed to use a bathroom and older kid to buy some chips abd vit water and the girl behind the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. We left next door. Unfortunately the experience was so unpleasant we will not be coming back till she is still employed there.

Normally this location is at worst 4 stars but todays lunch gets my 1 star review. Ordered pickup order 45 minutes ahead….showed 15 min late to pickup my order and they’d not started to make it. Watched 3 walk-ins come, place their orders and pay before I protested that should be making in order of receipt and perhaps I was better coming as a walk-in! The store wasn’t exceptionally busy. The young man that made my sandwich was calm and kind about my frustration. Seems like a lack of prioritizing online orders. Will chalk up to an anomaly but keeping a closer eye on future business!

Got a sub tonight and the meat was absolutely rancid. It smelled and tasted like it had been left at room temperature for days.
We ordered curbside my wife and her handicapped mother went to pick her food up. Nobody ever brought it to the car so my wife had to go in and get it. Three employees were just standing there. Food was ready to go, even though they were prompt that my wife had arrived. Nobody came out. My wife said the place was clean. The sandwiches tasted like they were premade had a little funky to the bite they were wrapped beautifully. Just didn’t seem like the Crips clean fresh subway sandwiches I was used to in the past been a while since I’ve eaten subway may be a while again if I do eat there again, I will supply photos and more comments

TJ, the worker at Tikahtnu's location, did a terrific job helping me and my family with their sandwiches. With great care and precision, TJ made three mouthwatering sandwiches in a few minutes. The food was great, the service better and the location had a great atmosphere.
