I used to be a regular here but was told to "never come back" by a woman worker who I assume is the manager or owner.I came here probably 4x a week on average and each time I ordered basically the same thing, which always amounted to about $20. Today though while the younger worker was ringing up my order this middle aged woman shoo'd them away from the register and rang me up for $30.I order the same meal every time and tried to politely point this out as cordially as I could. The manager then turned the screen around and got really loud and confrontational and made a scene.I just put my hands up and said i was going to just leave, and as I left she told me not to come back. I was one of if not the most frequent customers here. The other people that work here are very chill, and I've seen this woman work here before and always tend to prefer when she isn't there. Rhe way she asks questions is way too loud and she just sounds angry, like every person is a huge inconvenience.I do remember chuckling at a previous visit when there were three customers (one ringing out to leave, me getting a sandwich made, and onw waiting to get theirs'started) and the same woman expressed how they are "swamped."Not one to judge but I think any sort of customer service job requires a much better temperament. This repeat and loyal customer is taking their money and appetite elsewhere.

The servers are always friendly, the establishment want as clean as it could be considering the lady few times I went there they were pretty slow. I wasn't in there long, so maybe they had a rush before me. In any case, the sandwiches came out good, and the staff are very friendly.

Stopped to order a couple of sandwiches to go for my aunt & uncle so my review is based on their report. They were disappointed about the bread being stale. It was so stale they removed the innards and used their own bread at home. I do recall the employee pulling out one hunk of bread and throwing it in the garbage. That should've been my red flag. If you witness that, you may want to make sure the bread is fresh before leaving.

The repeate order of a tuna foot long was perfect, as usual.A new offering is highly recommended.Great Garlic, a rotisserie chicken sub layered with bacon, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes and red onions drizzled with creamy Roasted Garlic Aioli. This is delicious!

Damian I believe his name was hope I spelled it right but he was absolutely super kind, professional and made our day! He deserves a raise, or at the least a kuddos and pat on the back from the boss!!! The Friday deal buy 2 footlong get one free wouldn’t work for us but we used buy one get one 50% off, better than nothing. But they need to not send emails/texts with these offers if they cannot be used in Alaska. Something maybe corporate can look into.

Don't go to To any place 15 minutes before they close unless you want a shitty sandwich. Oh yeah get the meatball if you like artificial processed food go to guidos to get that dum dum. These people are great they make the best subs with love as if it was their own. For all you complainers make your own dam sandwich! Don't be sofa king we todid! These are my monicccas!

Waited in line for 20 min just to find out they didn't have chicken noodle soup. If they had a sign displaying the avaliable options, would saved me 3/4 of my lunch time.

I came 15 min before they closed and they had already locked the doors. I saw the workers still inside they looked and did nothing even tho it clearly said 6:00 pm closing time. They could've easily came and unlocked and made a quick sandwich. I know coming in that close to closing time is awful but so is closing at 6:00.

Made an online order for two sandwiches, one foot long and one six inch, they gave me three six inches all made the same. Two of the three sandwiches weren’t even sealed properly. Make sure to double check everything before drive away.
