Staff is always overwhelmed. They don’t seem to know much about what they’re doing. Sauces in wrong bottles, watered down sodas, etc. while I love subway- I’m going to a different one next time.

Staff could not follow simple requests to cut into 3 pieces when in special instructions on an App order. Lady admitted she never reads or pays attention to the instructions. Store was empty, and it was just after opening, so no excuse of being busy. Did not toast my sandwich either. Just lazy and incompetence. Also, you can't redeem EARNED rewards from the app here, even when all points are earned in Anchorage! Poor representation of Subway!!!

Don't let them uncharge you. My sis got a regular teriyaki sandwich but the worker charged her for pro teriyaki sandwich. Which is $3 more. My sis tried telling her she got a regular teriyaki but the worker insisted it was the same thing. Clearly it's not.

I live close by and this location is my favorite one to visit. I enjoy eating at SUBWAY, but because they know me - and I get excellent service - my orders are always correct and made just how I want them.
Vegetarian options: If you absolutely DO NOT like the site or smell of meat, you might run into some issues.

Went here this morning and got a breakfast sandwich with a friend! It was everything you want at Subway. Kind ladies and great tasting fresh ingredients for our sandwiches. I need breakfast here more often!! Egg and bacon!!Quiet and clean place to eat in too which is what we did!! That’s Northway Subway! Keeping it real!
Parking: Few spots but should be good enough as many are to go! It works I have never been spotless in the times I have gone. Close but no!
Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals. My kids love sandwiches and this location is spacious so good for kids. Just to eat and go however.
Wheelchair accessibility: Sure you can!! They have parking and ramps! Bathroom is accessible you are set here.
I was picking up for my boss and said what I wanted on specifically. My boss absolutely does not like mayonnaise. Arrived back at work and they had put mayonnaise on the sandwich. I called and asked them to make me to make another one and would be right back to change it out. I could here the lady yelling in the background and telling me she has to make or pay for another one. I have my receipt so I drove back down there to get the right sandwich. The attitude was so awful and I was trying to smile and make it like it was an honest mistake. They were very rude and I will never go back to this location again!
