In Subway sandwich that I ordered they had run out of beef, but didn't tell me, and loaded sandwich up with a lot of ham ;-(
if your ham l lover that's great however not at all what I wanted and would have liked to have requested either more cheese or turkey rather than salty ham

I usually stop by this Subway on my way to work to grab breakfast ( I work nights) and they are always pleasant. Especially the older asian lady. She is just so nice and always engaging when you order... Reminds me of a sweet old grandma from the south.

Quick friendly service, gave nice recommendations, was a bit dirty but end of the day so I can understand it. Was able to get it, get my sandwich, get out in 5 min ish with it being tossed so that is 1 min of the 5.

Staff is always overwhelmed. They don’t seem to know much about what they’re doing. Sauces in wrong bottles, watered down sodas, etc. while I love subway- I’m going to a different one next time.

Staff could not follow simple requests to cut into 3 pieces when in special instructions on an App order. Lady admitted she never reads or pays attention to the instructions. Store was empty, and it was just after opening, so no excuse of being busy. Did not toast my sandwich either. Just lazy and incompetence.
Also, you can't redeem EARNED rewards from the app here, even when all points are earned in Anchorage! Poor representation of Subway!!!

Could not follow simple directions or comments in an app order. Put onions when. Said no onions, and failed to cut in 3 pieces, as was asked in comments section. Buyer beware

Don't let them uncharge you. My sis got a regular teriyaki sandwich but the worker charged her for pro teriyaki sandwich. Which is $3 more. My sis tried telling her she got a regular teriyaki but the worker insisted it was the same thing. Clearly it's not.

I live close by and this location is my favorite one to visit. I enjoy eating at SUBWAY, but because they know me - and I get excellent service - my orders are always correct and made just how I want them.

Vegetarian options: If you absolutely DO NOT like the site or smell of meat, you might run into some issues.
