This was the worst subway I have ever been to. I understand that there is a specific expectation when entering any fast food restaurant. I'm not expecting 5 star service, but this subway is exceptionally terrible. The staff were very rude and almost completely inattentive. Again, I dont expect any restaurant like Subway to have the friendliest staff or the greatest service, but the quality of this subway was so remarkably bad that I felt the need to post this review

One star because I can't give zero. I was ignored for roughly over a minute with literally no line I was the only customer in line. The only people in there were I guess friends of the employees just chit-chatting away. The cashier who I assume is being trained so not going to go too hard on it I had to repeat what I had gotten three times. They were out of the brisk tea, lemonade, sweet tea and unsweetened iced tea and since I don't drink soda I had to get water. Then to top it all off as I was leaving the store all of their friends were still hanging around outside the front door and I had to walk through a plume of cigarette smoke. Unacceptable. I stopped going to Subway (2-3 times a week for almost 10 years) a while back when they raised their prices (to be fair EVERY OTHER fast food did too) roughly triple, I only started returning about 2 or 3 months ago (2-3 times a week again) when they introduced their $7.99/ 10$ for a foot long meal deal.

Service was good. But the managers here are telling their workers to only put one ladle of soup in the order. I looked at my cup and it was below halfway. I was going to ask for a return because it was not worth my time and money. But she added more. I'm confused to why the management thinks it's ok to put only 2 gulps of soup in, leaving 2 inches at the top.

The Penland Park location, Sand was terrible. They forgot cheese again. There was barely any meat on it. It was just like basically just all lettuce that just like threw it together. It was a mess.

They are alright,sometimes I catch a little hair or 2 in my food as soon as I open up the wrapping (not my hair,ik it's one of the workers,it's a simple fix wit the hair net to prevent it) No,it doesn't happen often..if it does then either order another or eat something else
They don’t close at 9pm. It’s 8:30 and they tell me we are close for tonight. I get you want to clean and go. As a business owner this is not okay. You are hurting your business. Put closing time at 8:30 then.

Went in for some easy dinner after a 12 hour work day at 830pm on a monday. The employees on shift were super friendly. Extra attentive to requests for various amounts of vegetables, and made me laugh while making my sandwich. I immediately want to make a point to come back around the same time so I can continue to have great experiences at the restaurant. I'm sad i cant remember their names, but those employees are the little EXTRA that made the difference between ordinary and extraordinary. Kudos to them! ??

The lady that served me was amazing i wish i knew her name but she worked Sunday night just before closing and she has short red hair and a lil older- anyways shes amazing and was so polite, helpful and fast. The bread was still fresh and the veggies were too. She was wonderful and friendly. The parking lot had a homeless man waiting for me to leave the store to ask me for lighter and I said no i didnt smoke and then he asked for money and I said i dont carry cash. So aside from that which the lady had nothing to do with. I just wish when the co worker mentioned him and said he was drinking that maybe he could have shooed him away for followed me out. Just my thoughts im still happy with the food which was perfect when we got home. But next time ill come with my husband if im going late again. Thank you
