Seems like they've got some newer folks lately. All of a sudden they can't get subway app orders out in time and they are constantly missing when people pay for add ons like avocado. Going to go off base for pick ups from now on. These guys can't get it together.

Would not serve the people standing in line. They stated that their policy says they need to make online orders before customers in line and that we should just order it for pickup instead. This policy needs to change.
Always out of meatballs. They usually miss something, both for online orders and in person
I ordered online and planned to pick it up, and I get that the workers can be swamped with orders, but I ended up waiting over 35+ minutes past the time when I ordered it online. This is just sad, really, I do enjoy their sandwiches, but the wait time was just too much. Maybe Subway should include their wait time on the app as well, or maybe the workers should work on mobile orders first would be my best guess on how to solve the problem. Unfortunate.

Consistently the slowest Subway I've ever seen. Waiting in line for nearly a half hour this time with only about 6 folks in front of me.

The Subway team (located in the Elmendorf PX) is absolutely wonderful! Their customer service is top tier. I love how they provide a personal connection with regulars that visit the store often. I would especially like to highlight the young lady that works in the morning and during lunch (I believe her name is Stephanie). She is such a kind and patient person. Great crew!

I decided to go to Starbucks nearby instead since the young lady did not seem to have good customer service skills and was very rude. I asked for the store number but she didn’t know it but I saw her manager interviewing a couple young men and I apologized for interrupting but made my complaint known and said I’d be leaving a review on Google. I said thanks and I hope y’all do better than today and said goodbye to go eat and drink my Starbucks where the people were so much more delightful to deal with and converse with.

I enjoy the food from this subway but one of the women who work there was really rude. I had to start a new diet because of health conditions so I thought I’d just ask if they had glutton free bread (some of their locations do). Her coworker asked her and she said no then started making fun of me like I wasn’t there. I don’t wanna be on this diet either so I don’t need strangers making it hard on me.
This may possibly be the worst subway I have ever been to. First who cuts the bread fully in half, which honestly wouldn't be an issue If they didn't take the sandwich and hold it vertically when they give it to you, I'm not hear to try and remake my entire sandwich. One more thing they toast the entire sandwich together meat, veggies, and sauce all together, who wants heated up burnt vegetables, oh and they burnt my bread to, so yea. I'd rather go fight a seagull in the parking lot for fries than eat there again.
Always nice customer service when I order something and the few times I’ve been there was fast and clean it’s a good place to eat.

Always good service from every employee there I read other reviews which were unjustified its a super busy store exspecially when a bunch of lunch rushed soldiers trying to get a quick lunch run threw there if you like good service be a good customer they only prep so much food quit complaining about not getting your favorite cheese after a 100 people ran through during lunch and sometimes there busy its a small low staffed store there not always standing like a statue up front ring the bell and be patient the world dont revolve around you no matter how many chevrons and rockers you got on your cheast.
