Good food, for an alright price. The customer service was good and there store was nice and clean, at least cleaner then the other subway I had gone too. The young man at the counter was friendly and helpful, if not maybe a little new? Other than that pretty good service. Definitely would go back.

So disappointing. Got the turkey sub, but it had almost no deli meat. The guy seemed new and confused on how much deli meat to give, so he gave 3 thin slices for a footlong sub. Even tho its right by our house, we won't return. Too many homeless people outside and terrible quality sandwiches inside.

This Subway is great! The two women at the counter were super friendly and somehow managed to put just the right amount of toppings in the sandwich. Best Subway experience I’ve had.

I had the #1 Philly. It was the worst Philly that I ever had. Prices are up, and the quality is down. Never again from here.

This place is a joke. I walk in, 2 kids working the counter goofing around with these drug addicts ordering 2 sandwiches. Talking smack about their managers. I stood there for 20 minutes before they finally made my sandwitch, wiped their saucy knife all over my sandwitch when I specifically said no sauce. Then they put my sandwitch to the side and went back to finishing the 2 other sandwiches for the drug addicts they were goofing around with the entire time. I ended up walking out. What a joke.

Went in at 9:40p, they close at 10. Open sign was off, so I instinctively should have turned around, but the door was unlocked so I went in since the hours were clearly marked. The bespectacled employee said "he'd be with me in a minute," but they were "out of cold cut combos and a few other things." I asked if they still had tuna fish, but was told (and this is the word-for-word response), "Yeah, but it'd be a real pain to dig out the scooper to get the tuna on the sandwich." ... I left and ordered NOTHING. I've said it before, and I'll say it again - if you close at a certain time, close then, not 20 minutes or a half hour or an hour before. Sheer laziness and apathy toward your job. Grow up and take some pride in what you're doing, FFS. Treatment like that will not get a return visit, so the "locally owned" franchisor should take notice. It's a shame, too, because I live around the corner and Subway spends who knows how much sending me coupons every week in my mailbox which is what got me in the door - but which will now instantly line my trash bin.

Subway is Subway, nothing fancy yet is a decent sandwich. And although there is nothing such as perfect there makes a difference when an establishment tries. There is a saying, "what makes a good carpenter is one that can fix there mistakes so that it seems as one was never made". Well here at Subway on Spenard there is such a person. One that not only goes above the standards of customer service so that you would think you were back in the times customer service mattered. But also when made a minor mistake quickly was apologetic, Instead of trying to blame the customer even though I was perhaps not as clear as I could of been and so was willing to pay half the cost to get a sandwich I had requested to begin with. She replied with a warm smile "oh no that was my mistake and you shouldn't have to pay". So quickly made a new one again with a smile and good spirits the entire time. Me being a middle aged man knows that she is not being paid what she should but she takes pride in her work and her rate of pay makes no difference on how she performs her duties. The entire time I sat here eating and looking out at the passing vehicles and bustling people going about the day. She was either laughing while she helped a customer, or had a sanitized wash cloth and cleaned away. This is an employee that Subway, I would hope recognizes, and that her generation should take notes from. As this is the work ethic that we should all strive for. I did not ask her last name but her first is Audrey. She was working the afternoon shift on January 25th approximately @ 2pm

My visit at this store was horrible. Disrespectful bad customer service was presented. I walked in respectfully with a smile on my face. A young lady there first approach me on duty at 10:45Am on May. 13th 2023. I asked was the tuna fish real meat ? The young lady responded yes so she walked to the back and she did not want to assist me and told the other young lady to assist me so I asked the same question so the young lady walked back ask the same young lady that walked off. I was given bad treatment. Her eyes rolled at me, and I was still smiling. All because I asked is the tunafish real. I was like two it was no honesty in this situation. I had to reach close to behind the counter to receive my food, because the young lady did my hand me my food properly, I would never ever receive any services from this place again those two young ladies is showing bad customer service and they should be fired. Customers is first.
