I went in to order a chicken bacon sandwich, and we were given a chickensalad sandwich, with bacon on it. When I spoke to the manager, she tried telling me they don’t sell chicken salad and I was wrong. What type of chicken does this look like? 😑 she was not nice and tried telling me she is looking at her line and chicken salad isn’t on it. I double checked the location I called, asking if they are located next to Ashley’s furniture in Anchorage Alaska and she said yes. So I know where I went, $16 on a sandwich we didn’t even eat.
Update: I went back in person and the workers were amazing enough to correct it for me ! I super appreciate their effort and service. It was a younger gentleman. I didn’t catch his name. He certainly will help keep the business open for this location.

Bad customer service ! I asked a worker what turkey beligisio was he didnt know he asked the Blond haired lady what it was she got upset , & said shes busy there was only two of us there! So I said I'l go somewhere else & that the customer service is bad & that Il go to the website & say something . Now to go on face book & make it public ! Im not from from here just here wanted a sub sandwich , been a customer for years not no more !

This used to be my favorite location! Ever since they made a manager change things went downhill. I came in, just to order the same sandwich I’ve been getting for years. The rude manager lady that everyone complains about in the reviews was making my sandwich..great. Told her I wanted chicken, she gave me turkey. Honest mistake, no biggie. She got so angry. “ You said turkey.” I told her I don’t even like turkey lol. She corrected it, but then started slamming stuff. I’m not gonna take that and give them my hard earn money after that behavior. I said, I’m good. I’ll just go to another location. Have a good day. That manager lady, is so rude, and extremely unprofessional. She’s supposed to be the gold standard and an example for her staff. If the owner is reading this, look at all the reviews about your establishment. Most of them is about her. I will never come back to this location. I don’t care if she’s not working that day.
