For the past year almost two I have needed to change my name on the app if I was going to this location for fear of my food being spit in. Today was the first good experience I’ve had in that time. It looked like a new crew was there?and they actually had my order right for the first time.Their attitude was completely different, previously I have had employees try to follow me to my car for simple telling them they made my food wrong or I simply needed a fork. The employees at the store today weren’t rude to me at all and were in fact quite nice.This experience has given me new found hope for this location.

I hate subway, always have. But, this location has restored my faith in them quite a bit. They have been very consistent and the quality has been really good. The staff does a great job, and the store is very clean. I don't recommend them as a chain, but I do recommend this store. They should be the example, not the exception.

Unsatisfied Customer
I ordered 2 sandwiches and 12 chocolate chip cookies online for pickup on 7/22. When I picked up my order, they only gave me 4 chocolate chip cookies and said they didn't have anymore. I didn't want other cookies and asked for adjustment of amount paid. He said ordered online so he couldn't adjust and had to contact online for refund. I tried 2 times to get customer service online to adjust amount for 8 cookies not received, but they have not adjusted the amount I paid and have not contacted me. Poor service, poor customer service.

Didn’t properly separate vegetarian vs blt sub after being asked, made them together, had to ask too many times to keep them fully separated even after being told I get sick from red meat. Made me super uncomfortable. I’ve found hairs in subs here in both my partners and I’s subs, they weren’t even the same color so it was clear more than one person was shedding into food. Subway in dimond mall is much better and much more accommodating to people who have dietary restrictions. I went in for the first time to this location as I have just moved to the neighborhood. No wait - young man with blonde hair greeted me, made my sandwich in a speedy fashion. I was impressed as many Subways do not have good help. I will go back!

This has to be the worst Subway in Alaska, they seem to skimp on meat portions and the bread is always falling apart. I tend to avoid them by purchasing from the Lake Otis location but with my work schedule sometimes it’s easier to order from them. I’ve had better Subway in Nome.

I came in at 7:30pm and ordered 3 sandwiches for my family. They close at 9. The guy making my sandwich scoffed and visibly got angry. Made me feel a little bit uncomfortable. I've been coming here for a long time and I usually try to tip well because they work so hard. But I think I will just go to the subway by the Dimond mall from now on. After a long day of work, the last thing I need is attitude from someone that has to do his job. He didn't even have to finish the sandwich so I don't know what his deal was.

The Staff they have is usually nice they do however have a few that like to chat and not help customers until their conversation is over which is inconvenient rude and shows they just don’t want to work. Other than that they usually have everything stocked and plenty of Italian herb and cheese bread. Sandwiches weren’t too sloppy on the assembly wait time can very from relatively fast to almost 45 minute wait.
