I hate everything about the new menu. It seems clear subway change the menu to disguise the fact that they’re cutting corners with the Quality of their food. The new flatbread /wrap combo so-called bread sucks. I hate the fact that they put in the metal thing so now you can’t see the quality of the meats they’re putting on your sandwich the Foot-long churro had hardly any flavor, could taste more oil than anything, and it was hard as a brick and some spots. I am done with Subway until they go back to their old menu

Placed an order through the Subway app. Doordash then delivered part of it. Contacted doordash about the missing items they said Subway charged you so you have to deal with Subway. Contacted Subway and got told that doordash was responsible so they refused to do anything. Eventually had to just dispute the charge with the bank.

Extremely rude and insensitive staff Rebecca, I was just trying to see the options for cheese and she basically lost it and started shouting. I eventually had to ask her to not make my food . Very angry and rude . Will never go back again . Another staff had to make my food. The only reason I was asking becoz it was the first time that I saw food covered in subway so we couldn’t really know what was being put in the sandwich. The veggies were stale and didn’t look fresh at all .

I order online on subway website .. and I got my order delivered incorrectly,and I ask for refund but they told me that they cannot refund me because I order it online,, instead they going to send me coupon on how much? It's coupon is worth on how much money spend yesterday to pay my order? This is ridiculous experience I've ever had...

Employee was making sandwiches with her phone sitting on the line and kept touching her phone with gloved hands.
Dining room was very dirty. They didn't have ANY of the breads or sidekicks available which was the main reason we showed up in the first place. The bigger lady behind the counter acted like it was an inconvenience that we even showed up, and didn't show ANY initiative to get anything done. I believe this place needs a reformation. Experience was a waste of money. I would NEVER come back to this location and would 100% deter people to come here. I would give it 0 stars if I could. It is a complete surprise they have 4 stars at this rate.

The employee with the headband and no name tag was very rude. She wouldn't lift a finger to help and wouldn't make the sidekicks they are advertising. The bread was overcooked. The drink tops were swimming in filth. The whole experience was awful.

Had a strange interaction with an employee that works there. A young man that seems a bit off mentally. Wears glasses, bad face and neck acne. I'm a bit surprised that a manager put him in front of guests to communicate with. He messed up an order, an employee asked if he was okay, his response was no I'm tired. He mentioned he is an assistant manager, why would someone who is essentially socially impotent be managing other people. Your store has to do a better job, who you put in front of guests to communicate with. Clearly that young man has a mental issue, and should not be managing people.

When it comes to Subway in Anchorage THIS IS THE PLACE! The good vibe starts when you walk in the door and every customer is greeted by an employee, who are always quick and courteous, handling lunch crowds with great efficiency. I know it seems overrated at times to some, but it’s my favorite. Not only the food which is absolutely amazing, but the customer service. We go out of our way to come to this location 2-3 times a week even if we're working across town! Most people go to Subway for the food but we come here for the people!! I want to recognize the workers at the Subway on the corner of International Airport Road and C Street who always provide my coworkers and I with a First Class experience. From their beautiful smiles and positive attitudes to their attention to detail with your food, Sandra and Marissa go out of their way to make each visit just as memorable as the last! I am truly grateful that these young women always go above and beyond in providing not just good, but truly excellent service!! They deserve praise. Compared to other fast food, this Subway store is a clear 5-star!!!
